Auto Operations is the core Amazon Relay booking automation feature that controls how the Cardamon load booking bot handles found loads - from semi-automated booking to full hands-free confirmation. This powerful Cardamon Amazon Relay automation tool feature is Premium-only.
FREE Tier: Auto Operations is always set to Mode 0 (No Auto Operations). You get the smart auto-refresh tool only, and you manually decide which Amazon Relay load to book.
Three Amazon Relay Automation Modes:
Mode 0: No Auto Operations (Manual)
The Amazon Relay auto-refresher only refreshes - you click everything manually. (Available in FREE tier)
- Load finder bot refreshes the Amazon Relay board automatically
- Auto-refresh tool clicks on the first load found
- You manually click "Book" button
- You manually confirm bookings
- Full control over load booking decisions
Best for: Drivers who want fresh results and automatic load opening but prefer manual booking control
Mode 1: Book Only (Semi-Auto) - Premium Only
The Amazon Relay automation bot clicks first found load and presses "Book" - you confirm manually.

Mode 2: Book and Confirm (Full Auto) - Premium Only

How to configure your Amazon Relay automation bot:
- Open the load booking tool control panel on the Amazon Relay board
- Find the "Auto Operations" dropdown in the automation settings
- Select your preferred Amazon Relay bot mode (0, 1, or 2)
- Click START to activate the load booking automation
Important: Mode 2 (Book and Confirm) will attempt to book the first Amazon Relay load found instantly without your review. Make sure your Amazon Relay filters are set correctly before using this full automated booking mode.
Pro Tip: Combine Auto Operations with Premium stop modes for ultimate Amazon Relay automation control. For example: "Stop on New" + Mode 2 (Book and Confirm) = instant automated booking of new freight loads, or "Stop on Payout Change" + Mode 1 (Book Only) = auto-click but you confirm manually.
