Relay AutoBooker — Refund Policy

1. General Eligibility

Cardamon Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") offers a 3‑day refund window for the Relay AutoBooker Chrome extension (the "Product") subject to the conditions set out below. This Refund Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Terms & Conditions that govern your use of the Product.

2. 3‑Day Refund Window (Non‑Statutory)

You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Your request is submitted by e‑mail to support@cardamon.org within three (3) calendar days of the date Paddle billed you.
  2. You have not used the Product to complete an automated booking on Amazon Relay (i.e., you have not enabled the "Auto Book" feature, or the feature has not resulted in a successful acceptance of a load).
  3. You provide your Paddle subscription ID or the e‑mail address associated with your purchase in your refund request.

If these conditions are satisfied, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approving your request. Once we have confirmed your eligibility, we will instruct Paddle to cancel the subscription and issue the refund; the timing of the refund is subject to Paddle's processing schedule and your financial institution's policies.

3. No Refunds After Using the Product

The Product is sold on an as‑used, no‑refund basis once it successfully books a load. To be clear: if our records indicate that the Auto Book feature ran and accepted one or more loads on your behalf, you are not eligible for a refund under this policy, even if the request is submitted within 3 days.

4. EU / UK Statutory Withdrawal Rights (14 Days)

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of the date on which you conclude the contract (the "Withdrawal Period"), subject to the conditions below.

4.1 Exercising the Withdrawal Right

To exercise your statutory withdrawal right, you must send us a clear, unequivocal statement (e.g., an e‑mail) notifying us of your decision to withdraw before the end of the Withdrawal Period. You may use the following wording, although this is not mandatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of Relay AutoBooker, ordered on [date], and request a refund."

4.2 Express Consent & Waiver After Using the Product

The Product is a fully‑functional digital service that begins providing its service (i.e., automated load‑booking) immediately upon purchase. Under EU / UK consumer‑protection law, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

IMPORTANT: By completing the checkout process on Paddle, you give your express consent for the Product to be made available immediately and you acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal if you use the Auto Book feature before the end of the 14‑day Withdrawal Period.

In other words, once you enable Auto Book and it successfully accepts a load, performance has begun with your express consent; you no longer have a statutory right to withdraw. However, if you do not use Auto Book at all, you retain your statutory withdrawal right for the full 14 days.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, unauthorised transaction), please contact us immediately at support@cardamon.org with your Paddle subscription ID and a description of the error. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, arrange a full refund through Paddle.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via Paddle. Once we issue a refund instruction to Paddle, funds typically reach your original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Actual timing may vary depending on your payment provider and jurisdiction. Cardamon cannot expedite your financial institution's processing schedules.

7. Refund Currency & Exchange Rates

Refunds are issued in the same currency in which you were charged. If Paddle or your payment provider applies an exchange rate when refunding a charge that was originally made in a different currency, Cardamon is not responsible for any exchange‑rate differences.

8. Subscription Cancellation

Obtaining a refund automatically cancels your subscription, and you will lose access to the Product. If you cancel a subscription without requesting a refund (for example, because you used the Product), you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but you will not be charged for subsequent periods and you will not receive a pro‑rata refund for the unused portion of the billing period.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last revised" date. Your continued use of the Product after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
