Troubleshooting

If the Relay Autobooker Cardamon Amazon Relay load finder bot isn't detecting any freight loads, try these troubleshooting solutions for your load booking automation:

Amazon Relay Bot Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Make sure you're logged in to your Amazon Relay account
  • Check that the Amazon Relay load board page is fully loaded before starting the automation bot
  • Try increasing your refresh delay - if your delay is too short, Amazon servers may be restricting or throttling your requests. Try setting it to longer delay for more reliable load detection
  • Verify your Amazon Relay booking criteria and filters aren't too restrictive
  • Refresh the Amazon Relay page to reset the load monitoring
  • Restart the Amazon Relay automation tool extension
  • Clear browser cache and cookies, then log in to Amazon Relay again
