The extension isn't finding any loads

Troubleshooting

If Relay Autobooker Cardamon isn't finding loads, the usual causes are a logged-out Amazon Relay session, a refresh delay set too short, or filters that are too tight. Work through these checks:

Troubleshooting steps:

  • Make sure you're logged in to your Amazon Relay account
  • Check that the load board page is fully loaded before you start the extension
  • Try increasing your refresh delay - if the delay is too short, Amazon may throttle your requests. A longer delay makes load detection more reliable
  • Check that your booking filters aren't so tight that nothing matches
  • Refresh the Relay page to reset load monitoring
  • Restart the extension
  • Clear browser cache and cookies, then log in to Amazon Relay again
