We collect your email address only when you allow a reply. The extension does not send your Amazon account, carrier details, load history, or settings to the survey. Our server processes request information such as IP address and browser user agent to prevent abuse, but does not store the raw values with your feedback. Analytics and marketing tags are disabled on the survey page.
