Relay Assistant is an intelligent Cardamon Amazon Relay auto-negotiation feature that automatically detects when Amazon Relay offers a special freight load with rate negotiation opportunities and handles the conversation automatically. This Cardamon Amazon Relay bot helps you secure better-paying loads through automated negotiation.

How this Amazon Relay rate negotiation automation works:
  • Amazon Relay sometimes displays the Relay Assistant chatbot during freight booking
  • Load booking bot detects when the Relay Assistant button appears on screen
  • Automatically stops the Amazon Relay automation to avoid conflicts
  • Automatically clicks the chatbot button to open the negotiation dialog
  • Automatically sends your pre-written negotiation argument to the Amazon Relay Assistant
  • Amazon Relay automation tool adds the initial payout in the latest chat message from the Assistant
  • Load finder bot pastes the same message again into the chat input field (but doesn't send it - you can send it again if needed)
  • When the Assistant increases the freight price (compared to the initial response), the Amazon Relay bot detects it
  • If Fast Confirm is enabled, you can quickly press the "Auto Confirm" button to book the Amazon Relay load instantly
  • Plays audio alert when Amazon Relay Assistant is detected

  • Check the "Relay Assistant" checkbox in the load booking tool
  • Fill out the request input field with your Amazon Relay negotiation argument

  • Click START to begin Amazon Relay load monitoring
