Troubleshooting

If Relay Autobooker Cardamon stopped working after a Chrome update, reloading the extension usually fixes it. Updates can break the extension's connection to the Amazon Relay page. Try these steps in order:

  • Reload the extension: go to chrome://extensions and click the reload icon next to Relay Autobooker Cardamon
  • Check for extension updates in the Chrome Web Store
  • Remove and reinstall the extension
  • Clear browser cache and cookies, then log back in and start load monitoring again
