AUTO CONFIRM in the Relay Assistant Chat Books What the Chat Shows

A fix for AUTO CONFIRM inside the Relay Assistant chat. When the assistant changed the rate or re-issued the load, AUTO CONFIRM compared the booking with an earlier copy of the load and showed "Failed". It now books what the chat sends, at the rate the chat shows, and only refuses a booking for another load.

• AUTO CONFIRM in the Relay Assistant chat no longer fails on a changed offer. When the assistant changed the rate or re-issued the load during the chat, AUTO CONFIRM compared Amazon's booking with the copy of the load it had noted earlier, found a difference and showed "Failed".
• The load is still checked. A booking for any load other than the one the chat is about is refused as before.

AUTO CONFIRM Follows the Relay Assistant's New Offer

A fix for AUTO CONFIRM inside the Relay Assistant chat. When the assistant raised the rate during the conversation, the button still aimed at the earlier offer and the booking was refused. It now books the offer you see.

• AUTO CONFIRM in the Relay Assistant chat books the offer you see. Each rate request the assistant accepts gives the load a new price, and the chat shows the latest one.
• A lower offer is still refused. If the price in the chat ever drops below the one you started from, AUTO CONFIRM stops instead of booking it, the same protection the side panel has.

Booked Loads Show as Booked

Super Fast bookings that Amazon accepted without a written answer showed as Failed while the load was already in Trips; they now show the green Booked message. Booking Strategy in Settings opens its own window that lays out Regular, Fast and Super Fast step by step. Booked and Failed messages stay on screen until you close them, and the load's card and the panel mark the booked load too.

• Super Fast bookings show Booked again. Amazon accepts some bookings without a written answer.

Skip Loads by Facility and by Equipment

Load filters is a new dialog that decides which loads the booker takes. Add facility codes to "Only these facilities" or "Never these facilities", pick places by city, state or country, and list the equipment types you never run. The Trip view keeps Max Stops and Stem Time in the same dialog, with switches for "Amazon facilities only" and "Hide skipped loads". A filter set saves all of it; one set and the first rule of each list run for free, and Pro runs them all.

• Book only from the facilities you want, or never from the ones you don't. Open Load filters from the funnel button on the quick panel or in Settings.
• The same for places. In the Locations view, start typing a city and pick it from Amazon's own list, or pick a state or country from the list for your board.
• Skip the equipment you never run. The Equipment view opens your board's own list of trailer and truck types; add the ones to skip.

Book + Confirm Works with Fast Confirm On

With Fast Confirm on, automatic Book + Confirm used to skip loads. The booker now presses Amazon's own Book button for the attempt and puts AUTO CONFIRM back when it is done. Booking messages say only what matters, and a load the booker could not open stays bookable by hand.

• Book + Confirm no longer skips loads when Fast Confirm is on. Fast Confirm replaces the Book buttons with AUTO CONFIRM buttons.
• Booking messages say only what matters. After an attempt the message reads "Load booked", or it gives Amazon's own reason when a load was not booked.

Keep Booking Without Reloading

After a booking succeeds or returns an error, press Start again and the booker keeps going. You no longer need to reload the page between bookings.

Stop on New and Stop on Payout Change Survive a Reload

Stop on new and Stop on payout change now stay on through a page reload and a tab switch. You can pick your own Fast Confirm shortcut in Settings when Ctrl+Space belongs to the system. Start, Stop on new and Stop on payout change grey out on Load Board Home and come back on a tab with results.

Windows Quick Booking and Floating Support

Ctrl+Space quick booking works on Windows again. The Support panel now floats over the load board: move it or resize it on desktop, and the booker remembers where you left it.

Settings That Stick and a Steadier Board

Your Pro switches no longer turn off on their own. Stop keeps the load board on screen, the board opens with results before you press Start, and AUTO CONFIRM appears on every load. While the booker runs it turns off Relay's own auto-refresh so your refresh delay is the only timer, and the Delay caption turns red at 500 ms or faster.

• Your switches stay where you put them. Stop on payout change, Relay Assistant, Fast Confirm and the other Pro settings no longer turn off on their own.
• Stop keeps your results on screen. Press Stop and the load board stays loaded, with the loads it showed still in front of you, so you can read them or book one by hand.
• The load board opens with results right away. Open the load board and the loads are there; you no longer need to press Start first to see them.

Built-in Support and a Smoother Load Board

Support now lives inside the booker. Open it from the life-buoy button or from Settings, send a message and keep the conversation there; a red dot on Support tells you when a reply arrives. Load change labels stay on after every refresh, Payout Change and Relay Assistant settings apply without a Save button, and Slow down on errors is on by default.

Skip-Reason Chips & Smart Error Throttling
