How do I cancel my Relay Autobooker subscription?

Pricing & Plans

To cancel your Relay Autobooker Cardamon subscription, sign in at cardamon.org/subscription with the Google account you subscribed with, click the red Cancel Subscription button on your dashboard, and confirm in the Paddle window that opens. You keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges go through.

How do I cancel step by step?

  1. Open the subscription dashboard on cardamon.org
  2. Click Sign in with Google and pick the same Google account you subscribed with
  3. Your plan appears under "Your Subscription" with your status, last payment, and next payment date
  4. Click the red Cancel Subscription button
  5. Confirm in the Paddle window that opens

The dashboard then shows a "Subscription Cancelled" notice with the exact date your access ends. The whole thing takes about a minute, and you do not need to email anyone first. Billing for Relay Autobooker Cardamon runs through Paddle, so the confirmation window you see is Paddle's.

What happens after I cancel?

You keep automatic load booking and the other premium features until the end of the period you already paid for. After that date the paid features turn off, and you would need to subscribe again to get them back. The unused part of the billing period is not refunded pro rata: you get the time you paid for, then billing stops.

The free tier stays free. After your paid access ends, Smart Refresher keeps auto-refreshing the Amazon Relay load board at no cost. You can leave the Chrome extension installed and keep using it to spot loads and book them yourself.

Will I be charged if I cancel during the 7-day free trial?

No. Premium starts with a 7-day free trial, and the first charge happens when the trial ends. The dashboard shows your trial end date. Cancel before that date and you pay nothing. If you let the trial run out without cancelling, the subscription converts to the paid plan at $49.99/month or $499/year, whichever you picked at checkout. The trial is one per Amazon Relay company, so if you cancel and sign up again later you go straight to the paid plan with no second trial.

Can I get a refund?

In some cases, yes. The refund policy works like this:

  • 3-day window: Email support@cardamon.org within 3 calendar days of the date Paddle billed you and you can get a full refund, as long as the Auto Book feature has not booked a load for you. Include the email you purchased with or your Paddle subscription ID.
  • After a booked load: Once the extension has accepted a load on your behalf, the charge is final. You can still cancel and use the time you paid for.
  • EU and UK drivers: You have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right, which you lose once Auto Book accepts a load.

Approved refunds go back through Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. A refund also cancels the subscription, so you lose access to the premium features rather than keeping them until the end of the billing period.

If you see a duplicate charge or a charge you do not recognize, email support@cardamon.org with the details and your Paddle subscription ID. Confirmed billing errors are refunded in full.

What if I can't sign in or the cancel button is missing?

The dashboard looks up your subscription by the email on your Google account. If you paid with one email and signed in with another, your plan will not show up, so try your other Google accounts first. If nothing appears, email support@cardamon.org with the purchase email or the Paddle subscription ID from your receipt, and the team will cancel the plan for you.
