How do filters work?

Features & Capabilities

The Relay Autobooker Cardamon Amazon Relay automation tool offers multiple configuration options to customize your load booking automation experience. These settings help you optimize how the Amazon Relay bot monitors and books freight loads:

Available Amazon Relay Bot Settings:
Load Filters (which freight the bot will book)

Filters tell the Amazon Relay autobooker which loads to consider and which to ignore:

  • Max Stops — only book loads with this many stops or fewer (skip multi-stop runs).
  • Stem Time — set a minimum lead time in minutes before pickup; loads starting too soon to reach are skipped. Off by default, and sits right next to Max Stops. See how the Stem Time filter works.
  • Min payout increase — paired with the "Stop on payout change" mode, only react when a load's payout rises by at least your threshold.

When a flagged load doesn't match a filter, the bot shows a muted "Skipped: …" chip naming the rule that blocked it (e.g. "stops > 2", "stem < 45m", "payout < 20") — see change & skip chips.

Delay/Refresh Rate (Amazon Relay Auto-Refresh Speed)

Controls how often the Amazon Relay load board auto-refreshes. The load monitoring bot offers 26 preset speed options:

  • Fast Amazon Relay monitoring: 10ms, 50ms, 100ms, 150ms, 200ms, 300ms, 500ms
  • Moderate load checking: 1s, 1.5s, 2s, 2.5s, 3s, 4s, 5s (recommended for optimal Amazon Relay automation)
  • Slow refresh: 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s, 15s, 20s, 25s, 30s

Recommended: Start with 2-3 seconds for best balance between speed and Amazon Relay bot performance.

Multiple Tabs Support (Multi-Search Amazon Relay Automation)

Run the Amazon Relay load booking bot on multiple Amazon Relay load board tabs simultaneously for maximum freight coverage:

  • Each tab monitors different Amazon Relay search criteria
  • Configure different load filters per tab (origin, destination, rate, etc.)
  • All Amazon Relay automation tabs work independently
  • Increases your chances of catching profitable freight loads

Pro Tip: Use multiple Amazon Relay bot tabs strategically - Tab 1 for high-paying Amazon Relay loads, Tab 2 for quick local freight runs. This maximizes your load coverage across different Amazon Relay load types!

Audio Alerts

Get sound notifications for different events:

  • New loads detected
  • Payout changes found
  • Chatbot appeared
  • Max refresh count reached

Recommended Setup for Beginners: 2-3 second delay + "Imitate a human's behavior" enabled + Auto Operations Mode 0 (manual). This gives you automated load board refreshing while keeping full control over booking decisions.
