Load filters is a new dialog that decides which loads the booker takes. Add facility codes to "Only these facilities" or "Never these facilities", pick places by city, state or country, and list the equipment types you never run. The Trip view keeps Max Stops and Stem Time in the same dialog, with switches for "Amazon facilities only" and "Hide skipped loads". A filter set saves all of it; one set and the first rule of each list run for free, and Pro runs them all.
- Book only from the facilities you want, or never from the ones you don't. Open Load filters from the funnel button on the quick panel or in Settings. Add facility codes such as DEL5 to "Only these facilities" or "Never these facilities" and choose for each code whether the origin, the destination or any stop counts. Never wins over Only. The funnel button shows how many rules are on.
- The same for places. In the Locations view, start typing a city and pick it from Amazon's own list, or pick a state or country from the list for your board. Each place has the stop that has to match: origin, destination or any stop. Skipped loads stay on the board with a chip that says why.
- Skip the equipment you never run. The Equipment view opens your board's own list of trailer and truck types; add the ones to skip. Relay's Detached trailer filter also returns box detached loads, for example, and one entry keeps the booker off them. Loads with that equipment stay on the board with a chip.
- Trip rules in one place. The Trip view of Load filters holds Max Stops and Stem Time, the same controls as in Settings, so every filter that decides a load is under one roof. Max Stops runs from 2 to 10+, and Stem Time from Off and 15 minutes up to 48 hours.
- AUTO CONFIRM is back in the Relay Assistant window. The chat's own Book button gets the AUTO CONFIRM button again, with the same checks as in the side panel, and the booker pins the booking to the load the assistant is about.
- Load filters reach the Relay Assistant. The assistant opens loads in order, and the booker knows which load is next. When your filters reject that load, the booker leaves the assistant alone, keeps booking, and a short notice above the Relay Assistant button says why. If the assistant still opens a skipped load, the booker sends no request and closes the chat when it can.
- Hide skipped loads. A switch in the Trip view takes every load the booker skips off the board, for any reason: your lists, equipment, the Amazon-only switch, Max Stops and Stem Time. Turn it off to see the chips again and read why the booker skipped each load.
- Amazon facilities only. One switch in the Trip view skips loads with a customer or vendor stop. Relay prints a short site code such as DEL5 on an Amazon facility; a stop with no code, or with a longer name, is a customer or vendor site. The booker skips that load and its chip says so.
- Free plan included. Without Pro, one filter set and the first rule of each list run; the other rules wait with a Pro tag. Pro runs them all and adds the trip rules, import and export.
- Keep several filter sets and switch between them. A set holds everything: facility and place lists, equipment types, the Amazon-only switch, Max Stops and Stem Time. It shows when it was created and last changed, and keeps a log of what changed. Export a set to a file and import it on another computer. Tick entries and delete them together.
