Support now lives inside the booker. Open it from the life-buoy button or from Settings, send a message and keep the conversation there; a red dot on Support tells you when a reply arrives. Load change labels stay on after every refresh, Payout Change and Relay Assistant settings apply without a Save button, and Slow down on errors is on by default.
- Get help from inside the booker. Open Support from the life-buoy button or from Settings, type your message and send it. The conversation stays in the panel, so you can read the answer and reply without leaving the load board.
- Know when support answers. A red dot appears on the Support button when you have a new reply, so you can keep working on the board and open the panel only when there is something to read.
- See load changes after every refresh. The new-load, payout-change and skipped-load labels stay attached to their loads when Amazon redraws the list. A refresh no longer wipes them, so you can still tell which loads are new, which changed payout and which the booker skipped.
- Quicker settings. Payout Change and Relay Assistant changes apply as soon as you make them; there is no separate Save button to press. Payout Change now starts at 20, so the booker reacts to a payout increase of 20 or more until you set your own number.
- Recover more smoothly from Relay errors. Slow down on errors is now on by default. When Amazon returns errors, the booker doubles the wait between refreshes, up to 30 seconds, and goes back to your normal delay once requests succeed. If you already turned it off, the booker keeps your choice.
- See the right prices in every market. Currency symbols and regional price fields now display the same way on every Relay board, so the payout you see in the booker matches the one Amazon shows.
