An event can keep ringing until you stop it, for the runs you do not watch. A booked load and a failed booking each play their own sound, every event has its own sound and volume, and My sounds keeps your own files for any event.
- An alarm for the runs you do not watch. One short sound is easy to sleep through. Turn on "Keep ringing until I stop it" for an event, and its sound plays in a loop, with a red bar at the top of the page, until you click anywhere on the Relay page or press any key. Chrome plays sound on a page after you have clicked on it, and pressing Start counts. If you reload the Relay page, click on it once.
- A sound when a load is booked, and another when it is not. The booker listens for Amazon's own answer to the booking. When Amazon accepts a booking the booker made, you hear a chime. When Amazon refuses it, or Book & Confirm could not send it, you hear two low tones: the booker has stopped and waits for you to press Start. Set either to keep ringing, and a booking at 3 a.m. wakes you. Bookings you make by hand stay quiet.
- A sound and a volume for each event. Sound settings, a new button in Settings, opens a window with six events: Load found, Booking starts, Load booked, Booking failed, New loads and Relay Assistant chat. Pick a sound for each one, or no sound, and set its volume with its own slider. Test plays what the event will do.
- Your own sounds, for any event. Open My sounds from the Sounds window and add MP3, WAV, OGG or M4A files, up to 2 minutes and 3 MB each. A sound keeps its file name and appears in every event's list. Delete one, and the events that used it go back to their built-in sound.
