UTM Builder support
Use Support at the bottom of the extension to send a message and read replies. You can also email support@cardamon.org. Include a non-sensitive example and the extension version when reporting a problem.
The current page did not fill in
Open a normal http(s) website and open UTM Builder from the Chrome toolbar or side-panel menu. Chrome internal pages such as chrome://settings have no usable website URL. After updating, reload the extension and reopen its panel. If you edited the destination, use the target button beside the URL to replace it with the current page.
Build your first link
Set the destination, source, medium and campaign, then select Copy URL. Existing query parameters and fragments stay in place. Naming warnings can be fixed with Fix all; Short copies display text, not a shortened tracking link.
Prepare a bulk CSV
Open Bulk, download the CSV template and keep its headers. The required destination column is url; supported optional columns are utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and utm_id. Each nonempty row value overrides the campaign defaults. Defaults override tags already in the destination URL. CSV files may be up to 1 MB and batches up to 500 destinations.
Generate the preview and correct every invalid row before exporting. Duplicate and naming warnings do not block export. Changing inputs clears the previous results so you cannot accidentally export an outdated batch.
Activate or restore Pro
Select Get Pro or Purchase or activate Pro under License & preferences. Purchase through the Cardamon checkout or enter the CDM license key from your purchase. Use the dialog’s key-recovery option if needed. A purchase email is not an activation key. If the key reaches its browser-seat limit, use the shared dialog’s browser-release option or contact Support.
Prices come from Cardamon’s published paywall and Paddle. If pricing is unavailable, keep using the free builder and try again when connected. Previously verified licenses use the shared SDK’s offline grace period; expired or refunded access can lock the new Pro workflows again.
Presets and campaign packs
Free presets save UTM field combinations. Pro campaign packs save the whole bulk setup: destination list or CSV, campaign defaults and normalization setting. Up to 30 packs stay in this browser profile. They are not synchronized to other devices. Loading a pack asks before replacing an existing draft. Export useful links before uninstalling.
Rating and uninstall feedback
The rating link becomes available after the Chrome Web Store listing is published and configured. The extension may ask for a review after successful work; you can dismiss it or choose not to be asked again. Removing the extension opens an optional feedback page. You do not need to complete that survey.
