To cancel your Relay Autobooker Cardamon subscription, sign in at cardamon.org/subscription with the Google account you subscribed with, click the red Cancel Subscription button on your dashboard, and confirm in the Paddle window that opens. You keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges go through. How do I cancel step by step? - Open the subscription dashboard on cardamon.org - Click Sign in with Google and pick the same Google account you subscribed with - Your plan appears under "Your Subscription" with your status, last payment, and next payment date - Click the red Cancel Subscription button - Confirm in the Paddle window that opens The dashboard then shows a "Subscription Cancelled" notice with the exact date your access ends. The whole thing takes about a minute, and you do not need to email anyone first. Billing for Relay Autobooker Cardamon runs through Paddle, so the confirmation window you see is Paddle's. What happens after I cancel? You keep automatic load booking and the other premium features until the end of the period you already paid for. After that date the paid features turn off, and you would need to subscribe again to get them back. The unused part of the billing period is not refunded pro rata: you get the time you paid for, then billing stops. The free tier stays free. After your paid access ends, Smart Refresher keeps auto-refreshing the Amazon Relay load board at no cost. You can leave the Chrome extension installed and keep using it to spot loads and book them yourself. Will I be charged if I cancel during the 7-day free trial? No. Premium starts with a 7-day free trial , and the first charge happens when the trial ends. The dashboard shows your trial end date. Cancel before that date and you pay nothing. If you let the trial run out without cancelling, the subscription converts to the paid plan at $49.99/month or $499/year, whichever you picked at checkout. You can use the free trial once, so if you cancel and sign up again later you go straight to the paid plan with no second trial. Can I get a refund? In some cases, yes. The refund policy works like this: - 3-day window: Email support@cardamon.org within 3 calendar days of the date Paddle billed you and you can get a full refund, as long as the Auto Book feature has not booked a load for you. Include the email you purchased with or your Paddle subscription ID. - After a booked load: Once the extension has accepted a load on your behalf, the charge is final. You can still cancel and use the time you paid for. - EU and UK drivers: You have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right, which you lose once Auto Book accepts a load. Approved refunds go back through Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. A refund also cancels the subscription, so you lose access to the premium features rather than keeping them until the end of the billing period. If you see a duplicate charge or a charge you do not recognize, email support@cardamon.org with the details and your Paddle subscription ID. Confirmed billing errors are refunded in full. What if I can't sign in or the cancel button is missing? The dashboard looks up your subscription by the email on your Google account. If you paid with one email and signed in with another, your plan will not show up, so try your other Google accounts first. If nothing appears, email support@cardamon.org with the purchase email or the Paddle subscription ID from your receipt, and the team will cancel the plan for you. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/how-to-install-on-android-kiwi-browser ### Can I use Relay Autobooker Cardamon on Firefox or Safari? No. Relay Autobooker Cardamon runs only in Chrome on desktop and Kiwi Browser on Android, because it is built on Chrome's extension architecture. A Firefox or Safari version is not planned right now, though we may revisit that later. For now, use Chrome on your computer or Kiwi Browser on your phone to run the Amazon Relay extension. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/can-i-use-on-firefox-or-safari ### Does Relay Autobooker work on iPhone or mobile? Relay Autobooker Cardamon works on Android phones through Kiwi Browser, which can run Chrome extensions. It does not work on iPhone or iPad, because no iOS browser supports Chrome extensions. iPhone users can run the extension in Chrome on a desktop or laptop that stays on, and manage trips from the Amazon Relay app on the phone. Does Relay Autobooker work on Android? Yes. Kiwi Browser is a Chromium-based Android browser that runs Chrome extensions, so the extension works on Android phones with the same features you get on desktop: the free Smart Refresher, audio alerts when new loads appear, and the Premium auto-booking and filters if you subscribe. Android support shipped in version 8.0, back in April 2025. One catch: Kiwi left the Google Play Store, so you install it from the APK on GitHub first, then add the extension from the Chrome Web Store inside Kiwi. The step-by-step walkthrough, including which APK file to pick, is in How to install on Android (Kiwi Browser) . Why doesn't it work on iPhone or iPad? No browser on iOS can run Chrome extensions. The Chrome app on an iPhone shares a name with desktop Chrome, but it runs on Apple's WebKit engine and has no extension support. Relay Autobooker is a Chrome extension, so there is nowhere to install it on an iPhone or iPad. No iOS browser fills that gap the way Kiwi Browser does on Android. What can iPhone users do instead? Let a computer do the booking while the phone stays in your pocket. The practical setup: - Run Chrome on a desktop, laptop, or mini PC that stays on, with the Amazon Relay load board open - Turn off sleep in the power settings so the browser keeps refreshing - Set your payout, Max Stops, and Stem Time filters so the extension only books loads you would take yourself - Check booked trips in the official Amazon Relay app on your iPhone, the same way you do now A load the extension books lands in your Relay account like any booking you made yourself, so the trip shows up in the app on your phone even though the click happened on the computer at home. If that computer reboots for Windows updates, the extension stops with it, so disable automatic restarts or glance at it once a day. Tip: For power settings, connection stability, and overnight monitoring, see Can I run Relay Autobooker 24/7? Supported devices at a glance - Windows or Mac: Chrome (latest version). Free and Premium both work. - Android: Kiwi Browser installed from the GitHub APK. Same features as desktop. - iPhone and iPad: not supported. No iOS browser runs Chrome extensions. - Firefox and Safari on desktop: not supported either. - Any platform: a stable internet connection, since you are racing other drivers to the board. Related questions - What are the system requirements? - Can I use Relay Autobooker on Firefox or Safari? Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/does-relay-autobooker-work-on-iphone-or-mobile ### What are the system requirements? Relay Autobooker Cardamon needs Chrome on Windows or Mac, or Kiwi Browser on Android, plus a stable internet connection to reach the Amazon Relay load board. That is the whole list: Platform Requirements Windows/Mac Chrome (latest version) Android Kiwi Browser (from GitHub APK) Internet Stable connection required Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-are-the-system-requirements ## Getting Started & Usage ### How do I start using Relay Autobooker Cardamon? To start using Relay Autobooker Cardamon, install the Chrome extension, open the Amazon Relay load board, and click START: The Settings window: Refresh Settings, Auto Booking, Differential Mode and the Relay Assistant. - Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store (takes 30 seconds) - Go to Amazon Relay (relay.amazon.com, .co.uk, .de, etc.) and log in - Open the load board - The Relay Autobooker control panel appears on the page automatically - Click "START" and the auto-refresh tool begins working right away (FREE tier - no payment required) Important: Keep the Amazon Relay tab open so the extension can keep working. You can minimize the window, but if you close the tab, monitoring stops. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/how-to-start-using-relay-autobooker ### Can I run Relay Autobooker Cardamon 24/7? Yes. Relay Autobooker Cardamon can monitor the Amazon Relay load board 24/7, as long as your browser stays open and your computer or device stays on. For round-the-clock load monitoring: - Keep the Amazon Relay tab open in your browser - Stop your device from sleeping (adjust the power settings) - Use a stable internet connection - Consider a dedicated device or VPS so nothing interrupts the extension Many drivers run the extension on a dedicated computer or cloud server so it keeps watching the board while they sleep. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/can-i-run-relay-autobooker-24-7 ### What happens after Relay Autobooker books a load? After a booking, Relay Autobooker Cardamon shows a Booked message that says "Load booked" with the trip id when Amazon names it, puts a green Booked chip on the load's card and turns the panel's Book button into a disabled Booked. The message stays on screen until you close it, so it is still there when an alert brings you back to the Amazon Relay board. After a booking: the green Booked chip on the card and the Booked message with the payout, route and trip id. The Booked message The message appears at the top of the page with the load in it. Since version 12.12 it stays until you click it to close, which matters when the booker works while you are away. Several messages stack, newest on top, so a busy hour leaves you a list to read. The browser tab title also flashes with the booked load's payout, so you can spot a booking from another window. "Load booked" carries the trip id whenever Amazon names it in its answer. Use it to find the trip in Relay. The Booked chip and the Booked button - The booked load's card gets a green Booked chip. It stays until Amazon's next list drops the load. - The panel's Book button, or AUTO CONFIRM standing in for it, turns into a disabled Booked, so you cannot book the same load twice from the panel. Why Super Fast shows no Amazon screen Regular and Fast press Amazon's own Book and Confirm buttons, so Amazon draws its "Your trip is booked" screen as it would for a booking by hand. Super Fast sends the booking itself without opening the load, so Amazon draws nothing of its own. The booker's message, chip and Booked button are your confirmation. The load is in Trips. Open Relay's Trips page and look for the trip id from the message. Versions before 12.12 sometimes showed "Failed · Check the load board" for a Super Fast booking that Amazon had accepted without a written answer. If you run an older version and see that message, check Trips before you assume the load is gone. What a Failed message means A Failed message means Amazon did not book the load, and since version 12.9 the message carries Amazon's own reason, as Amazon wrote it. Read it, close it and let the booker carry on. A load the booker could not open stays bookable by hand. Click Book on it right away if you still want it. When to press Start again - After a booking succeeds or returns an error, press Start again to keep booking. Since version 12.7 you do not need to reload the page. - Stop on new and Stop on payout change survive a reload and a tab switch. Press Start when you are ready; the first refresh sets the starting point. - If you press Start again without booking a flagged load, its card gets a muted "Skipped by you" chip so you can see what you passed on. The chip resets when you change filters or reload. - A running booker stops when you switch to another of Relay's own search tabs on the page (Start is greyed out on a tab without search results). Come back to the tab and press Start. Your Booking Strategy decides what you see. Booking Strategies lists the steps each one takes and skips, and what appears after the booking. Smart Refresher - Always FREE Smart Refresher is the free auto-refresh tool in Relay Autobooker Cardamon. It re-runs your search on the Amazon Relay load board at the interval you set, so new loads show up while you decide which ones to book. How the auto-refresher works: - Press START to begin refreshing the board - The extension clicks the "Search Loads" button at your chosen interval - Set the refresh delay from 10 ms to 30 seconds (default 1.5 s; 1-3 seconds is a sensible range) - Turn on "Human-like mode" to vary the timing the way a person would - Audio alerts sound when new loads appear - You review and book the loads you want (or upgrade to Premium and the extension books them for you) Configuration: - Refresh Delay: 26 steps from 10 ms to 30 s (default 1.5 s) - Human-like mode: Turn it on to vary timing naturally (off by default) - Multiple Tabs: Run on multiple load board tabs simultaneously Pro Tip: Turn on "Human-like mode" with a 1.5-3 second delay. You stay fast while the timing looks human, which helps avoid detection. Built for drivers who pick their own loads but want fresh results without tapping refresh all day. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-is-smart-refresher-mode-free-tier ### What is 'Auto Operations' mode? Premium Feature Auto Operations is the Premium setting that controls what Relay Autobooker Cardamon does after it finds a load on Amazon Relay: from clicking Book for you to fully hands-free booking and confirmation. FREE Tier: Auto Operations stays at Mode 0 (No Auto Operations). You get the auto-refresh tool, and you decide which load to book. The three Auto Operations modes: Mode 0: No Auto Operations (Manual) The extension refreshes the board and opens the first load found. Booking stays manual. (Available in FREE tier) - The extension refreshes the load board automatically - The extension clicks on the first load found - You click the "Book" button yourself - You confirm bookings yourself - Full control over which loads you take Best for: drivers who want fresh results and auto-opened loads but prefer to book by hand Mode 1: Book Only (Semi-Auto) - Premium Only The extension opens the first load found and presses "Book". You confirm the booking yourself. - The extension clicks on the first load found - The extension clicks the "Book" button - You review and confirm the booking - You give final approval before committing to a load - Books faster than clicking by hand, with a safety check Best for: faster booking while you keep the final say Mode 2: Book and Confirm (Full Auto) - Premium Only The extension handles the whole booking, hands-free. It opens the load, presses "Book", and confirms. - The extension clicks on the first load found - The extension clicks the "Book" button - The extension confirms the booking - No manual steps from search to confirmed booking - Maximum speed for competitive load boards Best for: competitive boards where milliseconds decide who gets the load How to set it up: - Open the control panel on the Amazon Relay load board - Find the "Auto Operations" dropdown in the settings - Pick mode 0, 1, or 2 - Click START Important: Mode 2 (Book and Confirm) tries to book the first load found instantly, without your review. Set your filters correctly before turning it on. Pro Tip: Combine Auto Operations with the Premium stop modes. For example: "Stop on New" + Mode 2 (Book and Confirm) = new loads get booked the moment they appear, or "Stop on Payout Change" + Mode 1 (Book Only) = auto-click but you confirm manually. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-are-auto-operations-modes-premium ### How does 'Stop on New Loads' mode work? Premium Feature Stop on New Loads watches the Amazon Relay load board and acts the moment a load that wasn't there before shows up. What Relay Autobooker Cardamon does with that load depends on your Auto Operations mode: click it, book it, or book and confirm it. Important: What happens next depends on your Auto Operations mode. With Mode 0, the extension only clicks the load and you press "Book" yourself. With Mode 1 or 2 (Premium), the extension books it for you. How it works: - The extension checks the board on each refresh - Detects new loads (loads that weren't there before) - Clicks the first new load - Takes the booking action set by your Auto Operations mode (0, 1, or 2) - Stops after the action completes - Highlights new loads with green background - Plays audio alert: "New loads found!" How to turn it on: - Check the "Stop on New" checkbox in the control panel - Set your Auto Operations mode (0, 1, or 2) - Click START - The extension handles new loads from there Best for: Catching loads the moment they hit the board. Useful in competitive markets where new loads get booked within seconds. Pro Tip: Pair it with Auto Operations Mode 2 (Book and Confirm) and the extension books new loads start to finish. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-is-mode-1-auto-accept-only ### How does 'Stop on Payout Change' mode work? Premium Feature Stop on Payout Change tracks the loads already on your Amazon Relay board and reacts when a payout goes up. If the increase meets your threshold, Relay Autobooker Cardamon acts on that load according to your Auto Operations mode. Important: What happens next depends on your Auto Operations mode. With Mode 0, the extension only clicks the load and you press "Book" yourself. With Mode 1 or 2 (Premium), the extension books it for you. How it works: - The extension records the payout for each load on the board - Checks for payout increases on each refresh - Detects when a load's payout goes up (e.g., $500 → $550) - Compares the increase against your minimum threshold - Acts on the first load that qualifies, based on your Auto Operations mode (0, 1, or 2) - Highlights payout changes with a sky blue background and shows how much the payout went up - Plays an audio alert when a payout change is detected How to turn it on: - Check the "Stop on Payout Change" checkbox - Set your minimum payout increase threshold (e.g., $50) - Set your Auto Operations mode (0, 1, or 2) - Click START - The extension watches for increases and acts on the first load that qualifies Setting the threshold: The minimum payout change field lets you ignore small increases: - $25 threshold: Book only if the payout rises by $25 or more - $50 threshold: More selective, ignores small bumps - $100+ threshold: Only large rate increases trigger booking Best for: Catching rate increases on loads already sitting on the board. Amazon Relay sometimes raises payouts on hard-to-fill loads, and the extension catches the bump for you. Pro Tip: Start with a $30-50 threshold. Too low and the extension reacts to small bumps; too high and you miss good loads. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-is-mode-2-auto-book-accept-and-confirm ### What is Fast Confirm (AUTO CONFIRM)? Fast Confirm is a switch in Settings that puts an orange AUTO CONFIRM button in place of Book in a load's side panel and in the Relay Assistant chat. One click, or the Ctrl+Space shortcut, and Relay Autobooker Cardamon presses Amazon's Book button and Confirm for you, so a booking takes one action instead of three. Premium Feature Where AUTO CONFIRM appears - In the side panel that opens when you select a load, including a load you reopen. It does not sit on the cards in the list. - Inside the Relay Assistant chat window, since version 12.11. The chat's own Book button gets an AUTO CONFIRM button with the same checks as the side panel, and the booking is pinned to the load the assistant is about. What one click does - You click AUTO CONFIRM on the load you want. - The booker presses Amazon's own Book button. - Amazon opens its confirmation window and the booker presses Confirm. - Amazon shows "Your trip is booked". The booker shows its "Load booked" message, puts a green Booked chip on the card and turns the button into a disabled Booked. AUTO CONFIRM always goes through Amazon's own buttons. Your Booking Strategy applies to automatic Book + Confirm only and has no effect here. The shortcut With Fast Confirm on, press Ctrl+Space anywhere on the page to trigger the topmost AUTO CONFIRM button. You do not need the mouse, which matters when you are watching a fast board or have just finished a Relay Assistant negotiation. Ctrl+Space belongs to the system on some Windows setups, so the page never gets it. Since version 12.6 you can pick your own combination: click "Set shortcut" next to Fast Confirm in Settings and press the keys you want. Reset brings Ctrl+Space back. Fast Confirm together with Book + Confirm You can leave Fast Confirm on while the booker runs in Book + Confirm mode. Since version 12.9 the booker presses Amazon's own Book button for its attempt and puts AUTO CONFIRM back on the load when it is done. Older versions skipped loads when Fast Confirm was on, so update if you still see that. Pairs with Relay Assistant: negotiate a better payout in the chat, then click AUTO CONFIRM in the chat window and the booker finishes the booking for the load the assistant is about. See how Relay Assistant works . No second question. AUTO CONFIRM books the load without asking again. Check your Load filters, Max Stops and Stem Time before you turn it on, and read the payout before you click. Two ways to book. Fast Confirm is for booking by hand at speed: you pick the load, the booker does the clicks. Book + Confirm in Auto Operation books matching loads on its own while you are away. The Fast Confirm switch stays where you put it across reloads. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-is-mode-3-fast-confirm-instant-booking ### How do Load filters work? Load filters tell Relay Autobooker Cardamon which Amazon Relay loads to skip. You open them from the funnel button on the quick panel or from Settings, and six views cover facilities, places, equipment types, payout, trip rules and options. A skipped load stays on the board with a chip that names the rule. The Payout view of Load filters: a minimum payout and a minimum rate per km or mile, saved with the filter set. Where the Load filters dialog is Click the funnel button on the quick panel, or open Settings and pick Load filters. The funnel button shows how many rules are on, so you can tell at a glance whether the booker is skipping anything. Every rule belongs to a filter set, and the set you pick in the dialog is the one the booker uses. Facilities The Facilities view has two lists. "Only these facilities" limits the booker to loads that touch the codes you add. "Never these facilities" keeps it away from them. Type a facility code such as DEL5 in the Add row above a list and pick which stop has to match: Origin, Destination or Any stop. - An empty list is off. With both lists empty, facilities play no part. - "Never these facilities" wins. A code in both lists means the load is skipped. - Relay prints the short site code on an Amazon facility. Some carriers call it a node; the extension calls it a facility. Places The Locations view has the same two lists for places. Pick City, State or Country. For a city, start typing and choose it from Amazon's own list. States and countries come from a list made for your board. Each place also has the stop that has to match: Origin, Destination or Any stop. Equipment types The Equipment view opens your board's own list of trailer and truck types. Each entry shows the code and whether it is a trailer or a truck. Add the ones you never run, and loads with that equipment stay on the board with a chip while the booker passes them by. One case this solves: Relay's Detached trailer filter also returns box detached loads, and one entry here keeps the booker off them. Payout view The Payout view holds two amounts, in your board's currency. Leave a field empty to turn that rule off. - Minimum payout: the least a load may pay in total. With 1500, the booker skips every load that pays less than 1500. - Minimum rate per km / mile: the least a load may pay per distance: its payout divided by the trip's distance, the figure Relay prints under the payout, in your board's unit. With 2.3, a load shown at 2.29 per km is skipped. A load has to reach both amounts when both are set. A skipped load's chip names the rule: "Skipped: payout below €1500" or "Skipped: rate below €2.3/km". Filters and the Relay Assistant The Relay Assistant follows your load filters: it does not open a chat on a load they skip. Each group of rules has its own "Also apply to the Relay Assistant" switch, on by default: facilities, places, equipment, payout and Amazon facilities only. Turn a switch off and that group stops applying to the assistant, while the booker keeps using it for booking. With the payout switch off, the assistant can open a chat on a load below your minimum, so you can ask for a higher rate. Max Stops and Stem Time apply to booking only; the assistant does not check them. Trip view The Trip view holds the rules about the trip itself. They are the same controls as in Settings, so a change in one place shows in the other. - Max Stops: 2 to 10, or 10+. The booker takes loads with this many stops or fewer. - Stem Time: the least lead time you need before pickup, from 15 minutes to 48 hours, or Off. How the Stem Time filter works . - Amazon facilities only: skips loads with a customer or vendor stop. Relay prints a short site code on an Amazon facility; a stop without one is skipped and its chip says so. Options view The Options view, the last entry in the list, holds what applies to the whole filter set. Hide skipped loads takes every skipped load off the board, whatever the reason. Turn it off to see the chips again. A badge on Options shows when hiding is on. Filter sets A filter set holds everything above: both facility lists, both place lists, the equipment types, the payout minimums, the Amazon facilities only switch, Max Stops and Stem Time. You can keep several sets, switch between them, export one to a file and import it on another computer. See how to use filter sets for different lanes . What a skipped load looks like The load stays where it is on the board. The booker adds a muted chip that names the rule, so you can tell a facility skip from a Stem Time skip without opening the dialog. If you would rather see a shorter list, turn on Hide skipped loads in the Options view. The chips guide shows every chip the booker draws. For a step-by-step walkthrough of each view, read how to skip loads from a facility, city or equipment type . Free plan: one filter set and the first rule of each list run without a subscription. The other rules wait with a Pro tag. Pro runs every rule and adds the Trip view rules, import and export. Two payout numbers, two jobs. The Payout view here sets the least a load must pay, as a total and as a rate per km or mile, before the booker, the Assistant or AUTO CONFIRM will book it (since version 12.18). The "+" number under Stop on payout change in Settings is different: it is the minimum rise in a load's payout that makes the booker stop and act, and it starts at +20. Relay Assistant is the auto-negotiation switch in Relay Autobooker Cardamon. When Amazon Relay shows its Relay Assistant chat on a load, the extension opens the chat, sends the request you wrote in advance and alerts you when the Assistant offers a higher payout, so you can book it with AUTO CONFIRM from inside the chat. Premium Feature How to turn it on - Open Settings and tick Relay Assistant. - Type your request in the request field. Example: "Need higher rate due to bad weather conditions like heavy rains, traffic congestion on ghat roads, toll increases, or driver salary increases due to driver shortage." - Press Start. Changes to the request apply as you make them, with no separate Save button, and the switch stays on across reloads. What the booker does when the chat appears - Spots the Relay Assistant button on the page and pauses booking so the two do not fight over the board. - Clicks the button to open the chat and sends your request. - Adds the initial payout to the Assistant's latest reply so you can compare offers. - Pastes the same request into the chat input without sending it, so you can send it again with one click. - Plays the "Relay Assistant chat" sound when the Assistant appears (you choose the sound in Sounds). Book from inside the chat with AUTO CONFIRM Since version 12.11 the chat's own Book button gets an AUTO CONFIRM button when Fast Confirm is on, with the same checks as in the side panel. The booking is pinned to the load the assistant is about, so a click books that load and no other. Once the Assistant offers a payout you like, click AUTO CONFIRM and the booker presses Amazon's Book and Confirm for you. See Fast Confirm . Load filters reach the assistant The assistant opens loads in order, and since version 12.11 the booker knows which load is next. When that load is one your Load filters reject, the booker leaves the assistant button alone and keeps booking. A short notice above the Relay Assistant button on the quick panel says why, so you know the reason. Should the assistant still open a load your filters skip, the booker sends it no request, closes the chat when it can and carries on. Your facility, place, equipment and payout rules hold inside the chat the same as on the board; each group has an "Also apply to the Relay Assistant" switch. Max Stops and Stem Time apply to booking only, so the Assistant does not check them. When Amazon shows the Relay Assistant You cannot make the chat appear; the booker reacts when Amazon opens it. Amazon tends to open it on: - Loads where Amazon is willing to raise the payout - Lanes where Amazon needs drivers - Special loads with room to negotiate Write a short request. Name real costs: fuel, tolls, weather, a driver shortage on the lane. One or two sentences read better than a paragraph, and the Assistant gets the same message every time. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/how-does-relay-assistant-auto-negotiation-work ### What is "Human-like mode"? Human-like mode (the switch reads "Human-like mode (randomness added)"; older versions called it "Imitate a human's behavior" or "Random Refresh") adds random variation to your refresh timing, so Relay Autobooker Cardamon doesn't hit the Amazon Relay load board on a fixed interval. A person never refreshes a page on an exact beat, and with this setting neither does the extension. How it works: - Varies the refresh delay by up to 30% at random on each cycle - The timing always lands between 70%-100% of your set delay, so a cycle is never longer than the delay you chose - Example: a 1000ms delay varies between 700ms - 1000ms - Makes the refresh pattern look more natural - Helps avoid pattern detection by Amazon Relay Recommended: Turn it on (it is off by default). It makes the refresh pattern look human and helps avoid pattern detection. Pro Tip: Pair "Imitate a human's behavior" with a 2-3 second delay. The load board stays fresh while the timing still looks human. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-is-imitate-human-behavior-random-refresh ### What is "Add a 10-15 sec delay every:" feature? Longer Pause Every [X refreshes] (older versions called it "Add a 10-15 sec delay every") pauses Relay Autobooker Cardamon for 10-15 seconds after a set number of refresh cycles. Real people take breaks, and this setting builds them into your Amazon Relay monitoring. How it works: - Choose a count from 30 up to 10,000 refresh cycles (default: every 200) - After the selected count, the extension pauses for 10-15 seconds (random) - Resumes refreshing the load board after the pause - Helps clear browser memory and avoid performance issues - Breaks up the refresh pattern - less monotonic, harder to detect - Adds natural breaks, so the activity looks more like a person at the keyboard Recommended: 500-1000 refreshes balances performance and natural behavior Why it helps: Real users don't refresh Amazon Relay for hours without a pause. They stop, check their phone, do other things. This setting builds those pauses into the extension's refresh pattern. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-is-add-delay-every-feature-premium ### What are Booking Strategies (Regular, Fast, Super Fast)? Booking Strategy sets how Relay Autobooker Cardamon sends a booking once it finds a load that passes your filters. Regular takes about 1 second and presses Amazon's Book and Confirm buttons, Fast takes about 0.3 seconds and presses Confirm at once, and Super Fast takes about 0.1 seconds and sends the booking itself. The Booking Strategy window strikes out the steps each strategy skips and shows what you see afterwards. Premium Feature Where to choose it Open Settings and click Booking Strategy in the Auto Booking section. Since version 12.12 it opens its own small window with the three options one under the other. Each option lists the four steps of a booking, strikes through the ones it skips, and shows how long it takes and what you see after the booking. Click an option to choose it. The four steps A booking by hand has four steps. Each strategy takes some of them and skips the rest. - Open the load - Press Book and wait for the confirmation window - Press Confirm - Amazon's page sends the booking Regular, about 1 second Takes all four steps, the same ones you take by hand, so it works on every board. After the booking Amazon shows its own "Your trip is booked" screen and the booker shows its Booked message. Start here until you trust your filters. Fast, about 0.3 seconds Opens the load and presses Confirm at once, without pressing Book and waiting for the window. Amazon's page still sends the booking, so you get Amazon's "Your trip is booked" screen and the Booked message. If Confirm is not ready for a load, Regular takes over for that load. Super Fast, about 0.1 seconds Skips the first three steps. The booker sends the booking itself without opening the load. Amazon draws no screen of its own, so your confirmation comes from the booker: the "Load booked" message with the trip id, the green Booked chip on the card, the disabled Booked button in the panel and the tab title. The load is in Trips. Pick it when every fraction of a second counts and you do not need Amazon's screen. Speed against certainty Each step the booker skips is a check it no longer makes. The faster the option, the more it depends on the board being in the expected state. Regular is the most stable. Fast is about three times quicker and falls back to Regular per load when it has to. Super Fast is about eight times quicker than Regular and never opens the load. AUTO CONFIRM ignores the strategy. The strategy applies to automatic Book + Confirm only. When you click the orange AUTO CONFIRM button yourself, or press its shortcut, the booker presses Amazon's own Book and Confirm buttons whatever strategy you chose. See Fast Confirm . What you see after each one: Regular and Fast show Amazon's screen plus the booker's own Booked signals. Super Fast shows the booker's signals only. What happens after a load is booked walks through the message, the chip and the Booked button. Which one to pick - New to the booker: Regular. Check that Max Stops, Stem Time and your Load filters skip the right loads before you speed up. - Busy board, and you want Amazon's screen: Fast. - Loads vanish in under a second on your lanes: Super Fast, and trust the Booked chip and message. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-are-booking-strategies-regular-fast-super-fast ### What do the "What changed?" and "Skipped" chips mean? Change & Skip Chips Chips are small labels Relay Autobooker Cardamon adds to loads on the Amazon Relay board so you can see, at a glance, what changed and why a load was passed over . There are two families of chips: Chips on the board: New load, a payout rise, a payout drop, Skipped by you, and a Skipped chip that names the rule. 1. "What changed?" chips When the extension flags a load, a chip explains what it spotted. Colors mirror Amazon's own highlight so they look native: - Green chip : the payout increased on an existing load. - Red-tinted chip : the payout decreased . - Sparkle chip : a brand-new load appeared on the board. 2. "Skipped" chips - "Skipped: …" : a flagged load didn't match one of your filters, and the chip names the exact rule that blocked it, for example "Skipped: stops > 2" , "Skipped: stem < 45m" , or "Skipped: payout < 20" . This works in regular mode too: any load your filters skip gets a chip. - "Skipped by you" : a muted tag that appears when you press Start again without booking a flagged load, so you can see what you've already passed on. It resets when you change filters or reload. Behind the chips: payout-change detection uses a short-memory cache with a 5-minute freshness window, so the extension stops on real increases even after a Start/Stop cycle and won't fire on stale ones. It also marks the whole matching card with a thin red outline and a sky-blue background so you can spot it fast. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-do-the-change-and-skip-chips-mean ### What is the Stem Time filter? Stem Time Filter Premium Feature The Stem Time filter sets a minimum lead time between now and a load's pickup. If an Amazon Relay load starts too soon for you to reach the pickup, Relay Autobooker Cardamon skips it, so you don't book runs you can't make. It sits next to Max Stops in the settings. Stem Time sits in the Trip view of Load filters next to Max Stops, and is saved with the filter set. How it works: - Pick a preset: 15, 30 or 45 minutes, or 1 to 48 hours. - The extension automatically skips loads that start sooner than that. - Off by default. Leave it Off and the extension considers every load regardless of start time. - When the filter skips a load, you'll see a "Skipped: stem < …" chip explaining why. Why it matters: a high-paying load is worthless if you can't reach the pickup in time. Stem Time keeps the autobooker on loads you can run. Pair it with Max Stops and your payout filters and let it book without supervision. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-is-the-stem-time-filter ### What is the "Slow down on errors" setting? "Slow down on errors" is a switch in Refresh Settings that doubles the wait between refreshes each time Amazon Relay answers a refresh with an error, up to 30 seconds, and drops back to your normal delay once a refresh succeeds. Since version 12.1 it is on by default. What it does, step by step Say your refresh delay is 1.5 seconds and Amazon starts answering with errors because the board is busy. - First error: the next refresh waits 3 seconds. - Second error in a row: 6 seconds. - Third: 12 seconds. Fourth: 24 seconds. - The wait never passes 30 seconds, however many errors follow. - The first refresh that succeeds puts the delay back at 1.5 seconds. The switch changes one thing: the wait between refreshes. Booking still follows your Booking Strategy , and your Load filters still decide which loads count. Why it is on by default Amazon throttles a browser that refreshes the load board too fast. Refreshing at the same pace through the errors keeps the throttle on. Backing off gives the board a moment, and the booker returns to full speed on its own as soon as a refresh gets through. Version 11.11 added the switch, off by default. Version 12.1 turned it on for everyone; if you had turned it off before that update, the booker kept your choice. Settings that work with it - Refresh delay: 2 to 3 seconds is the recommended range. At 500 milliseconds or faster the Delay caption turns red, because Amazon throttles at those speeds. - Human-like mode: varies each wait by up to 30 percent so the refreshes do not land on a fixed beat. How it works . - Add a 10-15 sec delay every N refreshes: a longer pause after the number of refreshes you pick. Details . - One refresh at a time: while the booker runs it turns off Relay's own auto-refresh switch, so your delay is the only timer on the board. Leave it on. A refresh that Amazon answers with an error finds no loads, so a faster pace through the errors gains you nothing. While the board answers as it should, the switch does nothing at all; the delay grows only after an error. If errors keep coming: raise the refresh delay a step and turn on "Human-like mode". If the board shows no loads at all, read the extension isn't finding any loads . Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-is-slow-down-on-errors ### How do I skip loads from a facility, city or equipment type? Open Load filters from the funnel button on the quick panel, add the facility code, place or equipment type to the right list, and Relay Autobooker Cardamon leaves those Amazon Relay loads alone. Each skipped load stays on the board with a chip that names the rule. The Facilities view: Only these and Never these facility codes, each with a stop scope. Skipped loads keep a chip that says why. Step 1: open Load filters Click the funnel button on the quick panel, or open Settings and pick Load filters. The dialog has four views: Facilities, Locations, Equipment and Trip. The funnel button shows how many rules are on. Step 2: skip a facility - Open the Facilities view. Two lists sit one above the other: "Only these facilities" and "Never these facilities". - In the Add row above "Never these facilities", type the facility code, for example DEL5. Relay prints this short site code on the load. - Pick which stop counts for that code: Origin, Destination or Any stop. Origin skips loads that start there, Destination skips loads that end there, Any stop skips a load that touches it anywhere. To do the opposite and book from a few facilities only, use "Only these facilities" instead. The Never list wins when a code appears in both. An empty list is off. Step 3: skip a city, state or country - Open the Locations view. It has the same two lists for places. - Pick the kind of place: City, State or Country. - For a city, start typing and pick it from Amazon's own list. For a state or country, pick it from the list for your board. - Pick the stop that has to match, the same three choices as for facilities. Step 4: skip an equipment type Open the Equipment view. It lists your board's own trailer and truck types, each with its code and whether it is a trailer or a truck. Add the types you never run. One example: Relay's Detached trailer filter also returns box detached loads, and one entry here keeps the booker off them. Step 5: skip every non-Amazon stop at once Open the Trip view and turn on "Amazon facilities only". Relay prints a short site code on an Amazon facility; a stop with no code, or with a longer name, is a customer or vendor site. The booker skips such loads and the chip says so. The switch is saved with the filter set. What a skipped load looks like The load stays on the board. A muted chip on its card names the rule that skipped it, so you can tell a facility skip from an equipment skip without opening the dialog. The booker never books the load, and it does not stop on it when the load is new or its payout changes. Turn on "Hide skipped loads" in the Options view to take skipped loads off the board altogether. Turn it off again to see the chips. Housekeeping - Tick several entries and delete them together. - Every rule belongs to the current filter set. Keep one set per lane; see how to use filter sets for different lanes . - Max Stops and Stem Time live in the Trip view too, the same controls as in Settings. Free plan: one filter set and the first rule of each list run without a subscription. Rules after the first wait with a Pro tag. Pro runs every rule and adds the Trip view rules, import and export. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/how-to-skip-loads-from-a-facility-city-or-equipment-type ### Can Relay Autobooker play a sound or alarm when it finds or books a load? Yes. Relay Autobooker Cardamon plays a sound for six events: a load found, a booking starting, a load booked, a booking that failed, new loads on the board, and the Relay Assistant chat opening. Each event has its own sound and volume, and any of them can keep ringing as an alarm until you stop it. Sounds are part of the free plan. The Sounds window: one sound, volume and Keep ringing switch per event, with the alarm bar a ringing event shows. Where the settings are Open Settings, find Sounds in Refresh Settings and press Sound settings . The window lists the six events. For each one you pick a sound, press Test to hear it, set the volume from 0 to 100 percent, and decide whether it should keep ringing. - Load found: Melody by default - Booking starts: Bell - Load booked: Chime - Booking failed: Low tones - New loads: Piano - Relay Assistant chat: Beeps The built-in sounds are Bell, Melody, Piano, Beeps, Chime, Low tones and Alarm clock, plus "No sound" for events you want silent. The alarm that keeps ringing Turn on "Keep ringing until I stop it" for an event and the sound repeats until you act. A red bar appears at the top of the page that reads "Alarm ringing. Click anywhere on the page or press any key to stop it", with a Stop alarm button. Drivers use it on "Load found" or "Load booked" so a booking in the night does not pass unnoticed. Your own sounds Under My sounds you can upload up to 12 files of your own, each up to 2 minutes and 3 MB, in MP3, WAV, OGG or M4A. An uploaded file appears in every event's sound picker. Two details worth knowing: a booking you make by hand stays silent, and the "New loads" sound works in the free Smart Refresher as well as in Premium. The Sounds window arrived in version 12.17 . Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/load-alert-sounds-and-alarm ## Troubleshooting ### I can't install Kiwi Browser on Android Kiwi Browser usually fails to install on Android because "Unknown sources" is turned off, the APK is the wrong build, or storage is low. Work through these checks to get Relay Autobooker Cardamon, the Amazon Relay extension, running on your phone: Fixes to try: - Make sure "Unknown sources" is enabled in your Android settings - Download the correct APK version (arm64 fits most modern Android devices) - Check you have enough storage space - Download the APK directly on your phone, not through a computer - If it still fails, use Chrome on Android to download the Kiwi Browser APK Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/cant-install-kiwi-browser-on-android ### The extension isn't finding any loads If Relay Autobooker Cardamon isn't finding loads, the usual causes are a logged-out Amazon Relay session, a refresh delay set too short, or filters that are too tight. Work through these checks: Troubleshooting steps: - Make sure you're logged in to your Amazon Relay account - Check that the load board page is fully loaded before you start the extension - Try increasing your refresh delay - if the delay is too short, Amazon may throttle your requests. A longer delay makes load detection more reliable - Check that your booking filters aren't so tight that nothing matches - Refresh the Relay page to reset load monitoring - Restart the extension - Clear browser cache and cookies, then log in to Amazon Relay again Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/extension-isnt-finding-any-loads ### The extension stopped working after a browser update If Relay Autobooker Cardamon stopped working after a Chrome update, reloading the extension usually fixes it. Updates can break the extension's connection to the Amazon Relay page. Try these steps in order: Recovery steps: - Reload the extension: go to chrome://extensions and click the reload icon next to Relay Autobooker Cardamon - Check for extension updates in the Chrome Web Store - Remove and reinstall the extension - Clear browser cache and cookies, then log back in and start load monitoring again Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/extension-stopped-working-after-browser-update ## Support & Help ### Will the extension catch every load? No. No bot or load booking tool can guarantee catching 100% of available loads . Relay Autobooker Cardamon raises your odds, but you are still racing other drivers on the Amazon Relay load board. Why some loads slip through: - Competition: Other drivers and other bots are after the same loads - Network speed: Your internet connection affects how fast the extension can respond - Load availability: Another driver can take a load within milliseconds - Amazon Relay changes: Platform updates can temporarily affect how the extension works - Browser performance: A slow or overloaded device slows the extension down What the extension does: It monitors the board and books loads faster than manual clicking, and it keeps going without fatigue. You will book more than you would by hand, but competition and timing mean some loads will still get away. For best results: Use Premium with well-tuned load filters, a fast internet connection, and a device that is not overloaded. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/will-extension-catch-every-load ### How do I get support? The fastest way to get help with Relay Autobooker Cardamon is email. For bug reports, questions about auto-booking on Amazon Relay, or feature requests: Support channels: - Email support@cardamon.org - we typically respond within 24 hours - Visit our YouTube channel for video tutorials on setup and auto-booking - Follow us on Instagram for updates and tips - Join our Facebook community to talk with other drivers using the extension - Check the changelog for the latest releases Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/how-do-i-get-support ### Is it safe to use an autobooker with Amazon Relay? Amazon does not endorse third-party booking tools, so you use any autobooker on Amazon Relay at your own discretion. No tool can promise zero risk. Relay Autobooker Cardamon keeps its footprint small with randomized human-like refresh timing, optional 10-15 second pauses, and a backoff setting for when Amazon rate-limits, and you control the refresh speed at all times. Can Amazon ban you for using a bot? Nobody outside Amazon knows how its bot detection works, and the company does not publish its rules for load board traffic. Any tool that calls itself undetectable is guessing, and we will not make that claim. We can describe how the extension behaves on the board, and you judge the risk for your own authority. The problem drivers hit in practice is throttling: refresh too fast and Amazon starts returning rate-limit errors, and the board stalls. The extension treats those errors as a signal to ease off. What does the extension do to behave like a person? A person never refreshes a page on an exact beat, so the extension avoids fixed intervals. Three settings handle this: - Human-like mode: varies each refresh delay at random by up to 30 percent, so a 1000ms setting fires anywhere between 700ms and 1000ms. See how random refresh works . - Longer Pause Every X refreshes: pauses the refresher for 10 to 15 seconds after a count you pick, from 30 up to 10,000 cycles, the way a person stops to check their phone or pour a coffee. - Slow down on errors: on by default. The extension doubles its wait time on each rate-limit error, capped at 30 seconds, then snaps back to your normal delay once requests succeed. See how the backoff works . You control how hard it runs The refresh delay is yours to set, anywhere from 10 milliseconds up to 30 seconds. A 2-3 second delay with the human-behavior option on covers most drivers: the board stays fresh while the traffic pattern stays uneven, like a person tapping refresh between phone calls. Booking speed is a choice too. The Regular strategy works at roughly 1000ms between actions, while Super Fast runs at 100-150ms. Nothing forces you onto the fastest setting. The lowest-intensity way to use the extension is the free Smart Refresher . It re-runs your search at the interval you choose and plays an alert when new loads appear. You make the booking clicks yourself, and it stays free with no subscription. Does an autobooker get access to my Relay login? This extension runs locally in your own Chrome browser, inside the Relay session you are already signed into. You never hand your Amazon Relay username and password to an outside server, and no remote machine signs in as you. Some booking services run from the cloud instead, which means handing your Relay credentials to their servers so they can sign in as you. With a local extension, the only device touching your account is the one in your truck or office, and uninstalling it from Chrome ends everything. A sensible setup: turn on "Human-like mode", set the delay to 1.5-3 seconds, keep the longer pause every few hundred refreshes, and leave "Slow down on errors" on. That setup is fast enough to compete and uneven enough to look like a person at the keyboard. Automation on the Amazon Relay load board carries some risk, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. Cardamon's side of the deal is human-like timing, a backoff option for when Amazon pushes back, and full driver control over speed. You decide whether that trade fits your operation, and the 7-day free trial lets you test it before the $49.99/month subscription starts. To get more loads on Amazon Relay, keep the load board refreshed so new postings appear the moment they drop, widen your filters when the board runs thin, and react within seconds. Other drivers book the good loads fast, so Relay Autobooker Cardamon's free auto-refresher with alerts, or its Premium auto-booking, decides how many of them you catch. Why does the Amazon Relay load board look empty? The board shows what other drivers left behind. Drivers running software that watches the board around the clock book the well-paying loads within seconds of posting. By the time you log in and scroll, those loads are gone and the leftovers look thin. A "no loads available" result usually means you checked between drops. New freight keeps posting through the day and night, and the drivers who book it are the ones watching when it lands. How do I keep the load board refreshed? Pressing F5 works for a few minutes. Nobody keeps it up for hours, and a full page reload is slow. The free Smart Refresher in Relay Autobooker Cardamon clicks the Search Loads button for you at the interval you pick, anywhere from 10 milliseconds up to 30 seconds, with 1 to 5 seconds as the recommended range. Turn on "Human-like mode" so the timing varies the way a person's clicks would, and let the audio alert tell you when something new lands. Free forever: Smart Refresher needs no subscription and no trial clock. Install the extension , open the load board, and press START. When do new loads drop on Amazon Relay? Drop times vary by region, domicile, and lane, and they shift from week to week, so a posting schedule someone swears by on a forum may not match your board. Measure your own: run the refresher with audio alerts for a few days and note when the alerts cluster. Once you know your windows, cover them. Watch the board yourself or leave the extension running through them. What if Amazon Relay says no loads available? Loosen the search before you blame the market. Tight filters on a thin board return nothing even when bookable freight is sitting there: - Stretch the pickup radius around your location - Allow more stops per trip - Accept a shorter run that repositions you into a busier market - Lower the minimum payout in your Relay search for now and raise it again when freight picks up Premium runs its own filters on top, and when one of them blocks a flagged load the "Skipped:" chip names the rule, such as "stops > 2" or "stem < 45m". You see which limit to loosen instead of guessing. How do I book loads before other drivers do? Seeing a load is half the job. On a busy lane the gap between posted and gone is a few seconds, and a human tapping through Book, Accept, and Confirm loses that race to software. Premium auto-booking handles the clicks: set Max Stops to skip multi-stop runs and a Stem Time so the extension skips pickups you cannot reach in time, then pick a booking strategy. Regular waits about 1000 ms between steps, Fast about 300 ms, and Super Fast 100 to 150 ms. If you would rather click yourself, press Ctrl+Space and the extension fires the topmost confirm button for you. The math: Premium costs $49.99 a month or $499 a year , with a 7-day free trial and cancel anytime. If faster booking lands you one extra decent load a month, the subscription has paid for itself. Can I monitor the load board 24/7? Yes, on a desktop. Loads post while you sleep, fuel, or drive, so many drivers leave the extension running around the clock on a home computer with the Relay tab open. Set the power options so the machine does not sleep, keep the internet connection stable, and use multi-tab support if you run more than one search. The extension works in Chrome on Windows and macOS, and on Android through Kiwi Browser. It does not run on iPhone or iPad, so a phone in the cab does not replace the desktop at home. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/how-to-get-more-loads-on-amazon-relay ### Why do Amazon Relay loads disappear so fast? Amazon Relay loads disappear fast because many carriers watch the same lanes, and well-priced loads get booked within seconds of posting. Some carriers run automation that reacts in under a second, while a person needs several seconds to spot a load, click it, and confirm. By the time you refresh manually, the load is often already gone. Who books the loads before me? The Amazon Relay load board is first come, first served. When a load that pays well per mile posts out of a busy domicile, you are not the only one looking at it. Owner-operators refresh the board on their phones, dispatchers watch several accounts at once, and some fleets run booking software that reacts the moment a load appears. Whoever clicks first gets it. The loads that sit on the board for ten minutes are usually sitting there because the rate is weak, the stops are heavy, or the deadhead kills the math. How fast is the competition? Count what manual booking takes. The load appears, you read the payout and the stops, move your cursor, click Book, then confirm. A quick driver staring at the screen needs a few seconds, and that assumes you happened to refresh at the right moment. Booking automation skips most of that. As a benchmark, the booking strategies in Relay Autobooker Cardamon react in roughly 1000 milliseconds on the Regular setting, about 300 ms on Fast, and 100 to 150 ms on Super Fast. That is the race: a tool answers in a fraction of a second while a human is still reading the rate. This is also why a load can vanish between two of your own refreshes. If you refresh by hand every 30 seconds, a load can post and get booked inside that window without you ever seeing it. What can I do when loads keep disappearing? - Auto-refresh the board for free. The free Smart Refresher re-runs your search at the interval you set, from 10 milliseconds up to 30 seconds, with an option to randomize the timing the way a person would. New loads show up without you tapping Search Loads all day. - Turn on alerts. Audio and visual alerts fire when new loads appear, so you can fuel up or do paperwork instead of staring at the screen. - Filter out the loads you would reject anyway (Premium). Set a minimum payout, Max Stops, and Stem Time so the only loads in front of you are ones you would take. Less time reading rejects means faster reactions on the keepers. - Let the extension book (Premium). Auto-booking with the Regular, Fast, or Super Fast strategies clicks and confirms for you at the speeds above, and it keeps watching the board overnight as long as the browser stays open and the device stays awake. Cost math: Premium runs $49.99 per month or $499 per year, with a 7-day free trial. If reacting in a few hundred milliseconds instead of a few seconds wins you one extra decent load a month, the subscription has paid for itself. Be realistic, though: no tool catches every load , and you are still racing other carriers and their bots. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/why-do-amazon-relay-loads-disappear-so-fast ### How do I book high-paying loads on Amazon Relay? To book high-paying loads on Amazon Relay, watch payout changes on loads already sitting on the board. Amazon sometimes raises the rate on hard-to-fill loads. Set a minimum payout-increase threshold, skip pickups you cannot reach with the Stem Time filter, cap stops with Max Stops, and let Relay Autobooker Cardamon's Relay Assistant auto-negotiation request a higher payout before booking. Why do Amazon Relay payouts go up? A load that sits unbooked does not have to stay at its first rate. Amazon Relay sometimes raises the payout on hard-to-fill loads to get them moved, so a $500 run can come back through at $550. If you refresh once, see nothing worth hauling, and close the laptop, you miss those bumps. The load board you checked this morning can be showing better money on the same loads right now. How do I catch a payout increase? Turn on Stop on Payout Change . Relay Autobooker Cardamon records the payout of each load on your board, checks it on every refresh, and reacts when a payout rises by at least your threshold. Increases show up as green "What changed?" chips on the load card; decreases get a red-tinted chip, and brand-new loads get a sparkle chip. What happens next depends on your Auto Operations mode. In Mode 0 the extension clicks the load and you press Book yourself. In Mode 1 or 2 it books the load for you, including at 3 a.m., as long as the browser stays open and the computer stays on. How do I keep the booker off junk loads? Set a minimum payout increase so small bumps do not trigger a booking. Start with a $30-50 threshold: low enough to catch real raises, high enough to ignore noise. When a filter blocks a load, the extension shows a "Skipped:" chip naming the exact rule, for example "Skipped: payout < 20" or "Skipped: stops > 2". Read those chips after a shift and tune your thresholds from real data instead of guessing. How do I protect the rate from dead miles? A good number on paper gets worse with each empty mile to the pickup. The Stem Time filter sets a minimum lead time in minutes before pickup, and the extension skips loads that start too soon for you to reach. You stop booking runs you would have to cancel or run late on. Max Stops sits right next to it in the settings. Extra stops add dock time to the same payout, so cap the stop count and let the booker pass on multi-stop runs automatically. Can you negotiate a higher rate on Amazon Relay? On some loads, Amazon opens its Relay Assistant chatbot and is willing to move on price. The extension's auto-negotiation feature detects the chatbot, opens it, and sends your pre-written argument requesting a higher payout, faster than you could type it. When the Assistant comes back above its first offer, the extension flags the increase, and with Fast Confirm enabled you press Ctrl+Space and book on the spot. Keep the argument short and name real costs: tolls, weather, driver pay. A booking workflow that holds up - Filters first: minimum payout increase, a Stem Time lead you can cover, and a Max Stops cap. - Turn on Stop on Payout Change to track rate bumps on loads already posted. - Pick an Auto Operations mode: Mode 0 to stay hands-on, Mode 2 for full book-and-confirm. - Enable Relay Assistant with a short negotiation argument. - Press START , then review the skip chips after a shift and adjust your thresholds. What this costs: payout monitoring, the filters, and auto-booking are Premium features of the Chrome extension at $49.99/month or $499/year, with a 7-day free trial. If catching one rate increase a month covers the subscription, the math works. The free Smart Refresher tier keeps the board fresh while you decide. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/how-to-book-high-paying-amazon-relay-loads ### What is the Amazon Relay load board and how does it work? Amazon Relay is Amazon's freight program for contracted carriers. The Relay load board is the website where those carriers find and book Amazon freight: each load shows the route, the pickup and delivery schedule, and the payout. You book a load by claiming it before another carrier does, and on busy lanes that can come down to seconds. How does Amazon Relay work for carriers? Amazon moves a huge amount of its own freight between fulfillment centers, delivery stations, and other facilities, and it contracts outside trucking companies to haul it. Carriers sign up with Amazon, get approved, and log in to the Relay portal. From there you search the load board by origin and date, the results list the available loads, and you book the ones that fit your truck and your week. Amazon is the shipper on its own freight, so you run the load and Amazon pays you. About carrier requirements: Amazon decides who qualifies to haul Relay freight, and the requirements change over time. Skip the third-party summaries and check the official Amazon Relay site (relay.amazon.com) for the current terms before you apply. What does each load on the board show? A load listing gives you the basics you need to make a decision in a few seconds: - Route: origin, destination, and the number of stops along the way - Schedule: pickup and delivery times, which tell you how much lead time you have before the truck needs to roll - Payout: what Amazon pays for the run - Trip type: one-way loads, or round trips that bring you back to where you started Payouts can change while a load sits on the board. Amazon adjusts prices over time, and the number can move up or down, so the payout you saw an hour ago may not be the payout now. Why does the load board move so fast? A load leaves the board the moment another carrier books it. Plenty of carriers watch the same lanes, and a good payout on a popular route can get taken within seconds of appearing. If you have clicked a load and hit an error because it was already gone, you have seen this firsthand. The board also does not push new loads to your screen. You see fresh results when your search runs again, so drivers end up refreshing the page over and over during booking hours. We cover this in detail in why do Amazon Relay loads disappear so fast . Which countries does Amazon Relay operate in? Relay runs in multiple countries, each with its own portal: the United States (relay.amazon.com), Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czechia, India, Japan, Australia and Brazil. The board works the same way in each region, and good loads get grabbed fast in all of them. How do drivers keep up with the board? Learning to read the board takes a few minutes. The hard part is keeping it fresh for hours and reacting before other carriers do. That is the part Relay Autobooker Cardamon automates. The free Smart Refresher re-runs your search with human-like random timing, so new loads appear without you tapping refresh all shift. Premium adds automatic booking: you set filters for payout, stops, and lead time, and the Chrome extension books matching loads for you, with booking strategies from roughly 1000ms per action on Regular down to 100-150ms on Super Fast. It works across all 14 Relay regions listed above. Premium costs $49.99/month or $499/year, with a 7-day free trial and the option to cancel anytime. If faster booking gets you one extra load a month, the subscription has paid for itself. The full feature list is on the Relay Autobooker product page . Related questions - How to get more loads on Amazon Relay - Is it safe to use an autobooker with Amazon Relay? Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/what-is-the-amazon-relay-load-board ### Is an Amazon Relay autobooker worth it? An autobooker is worth it if you run Amazon Relay loads regularly and keep losing them to faster bookers. Relay Autobooker Cardamon Premium costs $49.99 per month, and if it catches one load a month you would have missed, it has likely paid for itself. Occasional Relay users can stay on the free Smart Refresher tier. What does manual booking on Amazon Relay cost you? Booking by hand means sitting at the load board, refreshing, and trying to out-click other drivers and other bots. Good loads can vanish seconds after posting, sometimes within milliseconds. You also cannot watch the board while you drive, fuel up, or sleep, and loads keep posting through all of it. An autobooker works at machine speed. The Super Fast booking strategy in Relay Autobooker Cardamon reacts in roughly 100-150 milliseconds. A person has to spot the load, read the payout, and click, and by then the load is often gone. How much does Premium cost? $49.99 per month, or $499 per year, which saves about 17%. That covers automatic booking and confirmation, three booking strategies (Regular at around 1000 ms, Fast at around 300 ms, Super Fast at around 100-150 ms), the Max Stops, Stem Time, and minimum payout increase filters, and Relay Assistant auto-negotiation. The pricing page has the full breakdown. When does an autobooker pay for itself? Run the math against your own lanes. Compare $49.99 with what one load on your usual routes pays. If the booker grabs one load a month that you would have missed while driving or sleeping, the subscription has likely covered itself. Two such loads and you are ahead. Treat that as a conditional. No tool can promise it, and no autobooker catches every load : you are still racing other drivers, and your internet speed and filter settings matter. The tool changes two things: reaction time and coverage. It watches the board around the clock and clicks faster than a hand on a mouse. Who does not need Premium? - Occasional Relay users. If you book a couple of loads a month, the free Smart Refresher keeps the board fresh while you click yourself. It costs nothing and stays free. - Drivers on contract freight. If a dispatcher books your loads, or most of your work comes from dedicated lanes, board speed is not your bottleneck. - iPhone and iPad users. The extension runs on Chrome for Windows and macOS, and on Android through Kiwi Browser. It does not run on iOS. How do you decide without risking money? Premium comes with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime. A practical test: - Install the extension and run the free Smart Refresher for a few days to see how the board moves on your lanes. - Start the trial in a week when you are booking anyway. Set your Max Stops and Stem Time filters, then let it run. - Compare what you booked against a normal week. If the numbers do not work, cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. The extension has been in development since 2020 and still gets updates, so you are testing a tool that is maintained. Zero-risk way to decide: the free tier costs nothing, and the 7-day trial lets you measure Premium against your own booking results before any money leaves your account. Payments run through Paddle, and you can cancel anytime. Judge an Amazon Relay autobooker on seven points: whether it runs locally in your browser or hands your Relay login to a cloud service, human-like timing options, adjustable booking speed, filters for payout, stops, and stem time, support for your Relay region, a free tier or trial, and reachable support backed by an active changelog. Does it run in your browser or in the cloud? Check this first. A tool that runs in the cloud logs in to Relay from its own servers, which means typing your Amazon Relay email and password into someone else's system. A browser extension runs on your own computer: you log in to Relay yourself, and the tool works on the load board page already open on your screen. Relay Autobooker Cardamon is a Chrome extension that runs locally in your browser. It never asks for your Relay credentials, so they stay with you. If account safety is your main concern, read is it safe to use an autobooker with Amazon Relay . Does it have human-like behavior options? A tool that hits the load board at an exact fixed interval produces a pattern no human would. Look for randomized timing, scheduled pauses, and automatic backoff when the board returns errors. The extension has all three: - Human-like mode: varies the refresh timing instead of repeating the same gap - Add a delay every X refreshes: pauses 10 to 15 seconds after a refresh count you pick, the way a person steps away from the screen - Slow down on errors: doubles the wait when Amazon rate-limits, up to 30 seconds, then resets after a successful request Can you choose the booking speed? The fastest setting wins more contested loads but leaves less margin for error, so you want a tool that lets you set the pace. The extension offers three booking strategies : Regular at about 1000 ms between actions (the most stable), Fast at about 300 ms, and Super Fast at about 100 to 150 ms. A Ctrl+Space shortcut also triggers the topmost confirm button when you are watching the board yourself. What filters should an autobooker have? Auto-booking without filters fills your calendar with cheap loads. Three filters do most of the work: a minimum payout, a stop-count cap, and a lead-time minimum so the tool skips a load that picks up in 40 minutes from 150 miles away. Relay Autobooker includes payout filters, Max Stops, and a Stem Time filter , plus "Skipped:" chips that name which filter blocked a load, so you can tune your settings instead of guessing. Does it support your Relay region? If you book on relay.amazon.ca or relay.amazon.co.uk rather than the US board, confirm the tool runs on your domain before paying. The extension runs on 14 Amazon Relay boards: the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czechia, India, Japan, Australia and Brazil. Is there a free tier or trial? Run any autobooker on your own account before paying for it. The free Smart Refresher tier costs nothing and has no time limit: it auto-refreshes the board with human-like timing while you book by hand. Premium adds automatic booking and confirmation and starts with a 7-day free trial. After that it costs $49.99 per month or $499 per year, and you can cancel anytime. Can you reach support, and is the tool maintained? Amazon changes the Relay load board layout without warning, and an abandoned tool can break the same week. Check for a support address that answers and a changelog with recent, dated releases. Cardamon has been in development since 2020, and the changes history lists each release with its date. Version 11.10, for example, repaired the Relay Assistant after Amazon changed the load board UI. Support runs through support@cardamon.org. Quick checklist: runs locally in your browser, randomized timing with error backoff, selectable booking speed, payout / stops / stem time filters, your Relay region on the list, a free tier or trial, and a support address plus a dated changelog. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/faq/how-to-choose-an-amazon-relay-autobooker ### How do I use filter sets for different lanes? A filter set in Relay Autobooker Cardamon holds one complete Load filters setup: both facility lists, both place lists, the equipment types, the payout minimums, the Amazon facilities only switch, Max Stops and Stem Time. Keep one set per lane and switch between them from the set toolbar in the Load filters dialog. Why one set per lane The rules that make sense on a run out of one facility rarely match the rules for a run home. With sets you build each list once and switch, instead of adding and deleting facility codes every morning. An example split: - Outbound: "Only these facilities" with your home facility as Origin, Max Stops at 3, Stem Time at 1 h. - Return: "Only these facilities" with the same code as Destination, and "Never these facilities" for the yards you refuse. - Weekend: "Amazon facilities only" on, a state on the Locations list as Any stop, and the equipment you do not run on the Equipment list. Make, copy, rename and delete sets The set toolbar sits in the Load filters dialog. Make a new set, or copy the current one and change a few rules. Rename a set so the picker reads like your lanes. Delete a set you no longer run. Each set in the picker shows its rule count and when it last changed, so you can tell them apart before you switch. Switching sets Pick a set in the picker and it becomes the one the booker uses. The funnel button on the quick panel shows how many rules are on, so you can confirm the switch without reopening the dialog. Every view of the dialog, Facilities, Locations, Equipment and Trip, shows the set you picked. Created and changed dates, and the history Every set shows when it was created and when it last changed. Open its history and you get every change to the set with its time, newest first. Use it when a load was skipped and you cannot remember why the rule is there, or when a set behaves differently from last week. Export and import Export a set to a file and import it on another computer. That is how a set moves from the office machine to the laptop in the truck, or from one driver in a fleet to the next. Export before you rebuild a set from scratch, so you can bring the old one back. Bulk edits inside a set Tick several entries in a list and delete them together. Max Stops and Stem Time in the Trip view are the same controls as in Settings, so a change in either place lands in the set. Free plan: without Pro, one filter set runs, along with the first rule of each list. The other rules wait with a Pro tag. Pro runs every rule and adds the Trip view rules, import and export. Which is the best Amazon Relay autobooker in 2026? We compare Rocket Relay, LoadFetcher, JungleBark, SwiftRelay and more on price, ratings, and risk. The largest Amazon Relay autobooker with a published user count in 2026 is Rocket Relay, with roughly 9,000 users and a 4.1-star rating on the Chrome Web Store; the most-installed Relay tool overall is LoadFetcher, at about 20,000 users, though it does not offer auto-booking (its listing sells refresh and analytics features only); and which tool is actually best for you depends on your fleet size, your region, and how much unattended automation you want. This article compares eight tools worth shortlisting as of July 2026. One thing before the numbers: we build one of the tools on this list, Relay Autobooker Cardamon. Where a competitor is stronger, we say so plainly — Rocket Relay has nine times our install base, and LoadFetcher carries a higher store rating than we do. Ratings and user counts below were re-read from the Chrome Web Store in October 2026; prices come from our July 2026 research. All of it can change. How this comparison works We found more than 15 live or recent Chrome extensions that refresh or auto-book the Amazon Relay load board, plus custom bot builders and off-store sellers. Churn in this niche is high. Superfly was last updated in April 2022 and its rating has decayed to 3.1; Gill Auto Booker was removed from the Chrome Web Store entirely. This comparison covers eight of them — the tools with real traction or a distinct offer — and skips refresher-only tools, micro-vendors, and listings that have gone stale or been delisted. For each one we checked the Chrome Web Store listing (rating, user count, last update), the published pricing, the trial and refund terms, and what the tool does that the others don't. Where a vendor publishes no numbers, we say "not published" rather than guessing. The eight tools at a glance Tool | CWS rating and users (as of October 2026) | Listed price | Free tier | Trial | Standout feature | Rocket Relay | 4.1 stars (66 ratings), ~9,000 users | Pro $49/mo | Yes — refresher, alerts, one-click FastBook | 7 days | Largest autobooker user base; bulk Post-a-Truck | LoadFetcher | 5.0 stars (11 ratings), ~20,000 users | Not published (in-app purchases) | Yes | — | Analytics and Telegram alerts; no auto-booking offered | SwiftRelay | 4.5 stars (54 ratings), ~1,000 users | Not shown on site (3 tiers via PayPal) | No (Lite is trial-only) | 7 days per carrier | Multi-device tiers for dispatch teams | JungleBark | 5.0 stars (4 ratings), ~280 users | Basic $49.95/mo or $449.95/yr; Pro $99.95/mo or $899.95/yr | No | 7 days, no card | Replacement load-board UI, deepest filters | Flash Relay | 4.8 stars (20 ratings), ~380 users | $149/mo | No | Yes, terms not stated | Telegram notifications, multi-tab booking | Amazing Relay | No store listing found | Basic $49 one-time; Standard $99/mo | Basic is free after the $49 unlock | 10 days | Built by an active Relay driver for 1–3 trucks | RGD AutoBooker | No store listing published | Essential $79/mo; Business $249/mo | No | Length not stated | Contract-board automation | Relay Autobooker Cardamon (ours) | 3.8 stars (25 ratings), ~1,000 users | $49.99/mo or $499/yr | Yes — Smart Refresher, free forever | 7 days | Relay Assistant auto-negotiation; 14 regions | The market has a clear price mode: automatic booking costs $48–$50 per month almost everywhere, with a mid tier at $79–$100 and a premium band at $149–$249. Only JungleBark and Cardamon publish annual plans. Tool by tool Rocket Relay Rocket Relay is the autobooker category leader: about 9,000 users and 4.1 stars across 63 ratings, with the extension updated as recently as July 30, 2026. The free tier is genuinely useful — auto-refresh, alerts, and one-click FastBook on matched trips, no card required. Pro is $49 per month after a 7-day trial and adds automatic booking, 15+ stackable filters, location targeting, and bulk Post-a-Truck management. Two more things stand out. It runs on Chrome, Edge, and Brave on desktop plus Android browsers (Lemur, Quetta), covering the US, Canada, UK, EU, Germany, Spain, Poland, India, and Japan. And its privacy stance is the strongest in the niche: the site states that your loads, trips, and drivers stay local in your browser and never reach the vendor's servers. What to watch: the site shows booking receipts rather than named testimonials, and there is no refund commitment beyond "cancel anytime". Who it fits: most carriers. It is the sensible default, and its free tier is the lowest-risk way to try this category at all. LoadFetcher LoadFetcher has the biggest install base of any Relay tool — about 20,000 users and a 5.0 rating (from 11 ratings) on its Chrome Web Store listing , updated July 23, 2026. The catch: it does not sell auto-booking — its listing and marketing cover refresh, analytics, and alerts only. It offers auto-refresh, price-per-mile history, trip tracking with ETAs, Telegram and browser notifications, truck posting management, route visualization, and road-restriction and facility alerts. What to watch: pricing is not published — the listing shows in-app purchases — and the marketing site renders almost nothing to crawlers, so plan to evaluate it through the store listing and its YouTube demos. Who it fits: dispatchers who want to see loads sooner and track earnings, but intend to keep pressing Book themselves. If you want the actual booking automated, it is not the tool for that job. SwiftRelay SwiftRelay holds 4.5 stars across 56 ratings — the second-highest review count in the niche after Rocket Relay — with around 1,000 users. Its three tiers are built around device counts for dispatch teams: Lite (2 devices, refresh and highlights), Pro (5 devices, auto-booking and advanced filters), and Enterprise (10 devices plus a VM and a "Speed Optimizer"). Its testimonials repeatedly credit the team with keeping pace with Amazon Relay UI updates. What to watch: as of July 2026, the pricing page shows "Payment options loading…" and the dollar amounts never rendered in our checks, so verify the cost with the vendor before committing; the return policy states all sales are final; and the 7-day trial is one per carrier, not per user. The extension's last listed update was June 15, 2025. Who it fits: dispatch teams that need several seats and are willing to install first and confirm pricing afterward. JungleBark JungleBark is the filtering-depth pick. Beyond refresh and auto-book, it also sells a standalone "Legend" load-board app (a separate tier, from $399.95/mo) that replicates the Relay board in a cleaner UI, and it filters things the native board can't: containers, third-party loads, recovery loads, empty-trailer-only booking, specific facility codes, and skipped origins, destinations, or facilities. Pricing is published clearly: Basic at $49.95/month or $449.95/year, Pro at $99.95/month or $899.95/year. It is one of only two tools here with public annual plans (ours is the other). The site claims 1,000+ clients and 174,000+ lifetime booked trips, with eight named testimonials, and the 7-day trial requires no card. What to watch: no public Chrome Web Store rating or user count surfaced in our research, and the site publishes no refund policy. Who it fits: dispatchers who live in filters and want the annual price break. Flash Relay Flash Relay is the premium-priced outlier, listed at $149/month as of July 2026 — roughly three times the market's $49 cluster — with a 25% discount promoted on its site. It sells 24/7 unattended booking, multi-tab simultaneous booking, Telegram notifications, and multi-stop optimization, covering the US, UK, EU, Canada, and India. Its store rating is high at 4.8 stars (21 ratings), though from a small base of 374 users. What to watch: the Chrome Web Store listing shows the extension was last updated December 3, 2024 — the oldest last-update date we could verify among the tools in this comparison, in a niche where several rivals shipped updates in June and July 2026. The site carries no testimonials, and its claim that it "avoids Amazon detection" is the most explicit anti-detection marketing among the tools in this comparison, which says something about the risk everyone here is managing. Who it fits: honestly, it is hard to recommend paying triple the going rate for a build that old. Ask the vendor about update plans before subscribing. Amazing Relay Amazing Relay has the sharpest audience focus in the niche: built by an active Amazon Relay driver for small carriers and self-dispatchers running 1–3 trucks, with a touch-friendly interface for working from the cab and messaging about staying within Amazon's rate limits rather than dodging detection. It also offers the longest trial here — 10 days of full functionality. The pricing is unusual: Basic is a $49 one-time payment and then free ongoing (core filtering and monitoring), Standard is $99/month for the fastest refresh and unlimited daily autobooks, and an Ultimate tier at $249/month is listed as "coming soon". It is US-focused. What to watch: we found no Chrome Web Store listing, ratings, or user counts — the site offers a founder story and team photos in place of third-party proof. Who it fits: US owner-operators who want the in-cab design and the 10-day trial, and don't mind being an early reference. RGD AutoBooker RGD AutoBooker (Rolling Global Digital) is the only tool we found that automates Relay's contract board, not just spot loads: the Business tier at $249/month adds "LoadBoard & Contracts" support and "Lightning Auto Book", while Essential at $79/month covers auto-booking, notifications, and refresh controls. The founders present themselves as daily Relay users rather than pure software people. What to watch: the site publishes no reviews or testimonials and no refund policy — all sales are final; the trial says "Start Free Today" with no stated length; and no Chrome Web Store listing is linked anywhere on the site. Its own FAQ describes Amazon sending "multiple warning emails" before short bans while also claiming a "0% ban rate" — read that page before buying. Who it fits: fleets that specifically need short-term contract automation, which nobody else sells, and are comfortable purchasing without third-party reviews or a refund path. Relay Autobooker Cardamon (ours) Relay Autobooker Cardamon is our extension, so weigh this section accordingly. Two things in it are uncommon. Relay Assistant auto-negotiation handles rate requests automatically — no other tool in this comparison markets negotiation automation (there is a separate guide to how Relay Assistant works ). And it publishes the broadest region list here: 14 Amazon Relay regions, including Mexico, Brazil, and Australia, which no other published list in this comparison covers. The Smart Refresher tier is free forever, with no subscription required. Premium is $49.99/month or $499/year — about two months free on annual — with a 7-day trial, and it books with selectable strategies (Regular, Fast, Super Fast), Stem Time and Max Stops filters, payout monitoring with "What changed?" and "Skipped" chips, "Slow down on errors" throttling, Ctrl+Space Fast Confirm, and multi-tab support. It works on Chrome for Windows and macOS and on Android via Kiwi Browser, and it links a visible refund policy directly under its pricing — SwiftRelay and RGD state all sales are final, Flash Relay links a refund policy page, and the rest say nothing. The honest downside: we have roughly 1,000 users and 3.8 stars from 25 ratings as of October 2026. That is about a ninth of Rocket Relay's install base and far fewer reviews than SwiftRelay's 54. If a long public review trail is what convinces you, Rocket Relay has the deeper one. How to choose Match the tool to how you run, not to whoever shouts loudest. We keep a longer checklist in our FAQ on how to choose an Amazon Relay autobooker , but the short version: - Owner-operator, 1–3 trucks. Amazing Relay is built for exactly this and gives you 10 days to test. Our tool targets the same audience, with Android support via Kiwi Browser for running from the cab. Rocket Relay's free tier is the cheapest way to learn whether automation helps your lanes at all. - Dispatcher or small fleet. SwiftRelay's device-count tiers fit multi-seat teams — confirm the price before subscribing — the amounts did not render in our July 2026 checks of the pricing page. JungleBark Pro adds the deepest filters and a cleaner board UI. RGD Business is the only option if contract-board automation is the job. - Free-first or tight budget. LoadFetcher's free refresher and analytics, Rocket Relay's free tier, and our free Smart Refresher all cost nothing and need no card. Run one on your own board for a week before paying anyone — you can install ours here . - EU, UK, or other non-US boards. Rocket Relay lists the US, Canada, UK, EU, Germany, Spain, Poland, India, and Japan. Flash Relay lists the US, UK, EU, Canada, and India. We list 14 regions, and ours is the only published list that includes Mexico, Brazil, and Australia. Amazing Relay is US-focused. One caution before you pay for anything: an autobooker cannot create freight that isn't on your board. If loads are thin to begin with, read our guide on why you can't find loads on Amazon Relay first — filters and timing usually matter more than raw booking speed. The part every vendor downplays: account risk Amazon has never published a Relay-specific policy on autobookers, but its general Conditions of Use prohibit accessing Amazon services with "any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means" . There is a documented consumer-law case in which Amazon told a Relay carrier it had "used bots or certain software to get loads off the loadboard" , and TruckersReport threads document sudden suspensions for unexplained "irregularities" . The vendors' own marketing confirms the tension. Flash Relay advertises avoiding detection, RGD claims a "0% ban rate" while its FAQ describes Amazon's warning emails, and enforcement reaches the store level too: Gill Auto Booker was removed from the Chrome Web Store and survives only as sideloadable archives. So here is the plain statement, and it applies to our product as much as anyone else's: any of these tools automates account activity that Amazon's carrier terms of service don't explicitly authorize. Weigh that against the loads you're losing to whoever books faster, and decide with both facts on the table. Our full position is here: is it safe to use an autobooker with Amazon Relay? Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/guides/best-amazon-relay-autobooker ## Why You Can't Find Loads on Amazon Relay (What Works) Updated 2026-10-14. Can't find loads on Amazon Relay? The real reasons boards look empty, why loads vanish in seconds, and the filter and timing fixes that actually work. Most of the time you can't find loads on Amazon Relay for one of three reasons: your search filters are cutting out freight that is actually bookable, you're checking the board between posting windows, or other carriers — many of them running automation — are booking the good loads within seconds of posting. Occasionally the problem is technical: an expired Relay session or a broken browser setup can make a live board look dead. This guide walks through each cause and what you can do about it today, whether or not you ever install a tool. The real reasons the board looks empty An empty board almost never means Amazon has no freight. It usually means the freight that posted didn't survive long enough for you to see it, or your search excluded it. Work through these in order before blaming the market. Your filters are too tight This is the most common cause and the easiest to fix. A narrow pickup radius, a low stop limit, a strict equipment selection, and a high minimum payout stack on top of each other, and on a thin day the combination returns nothing even when bookable loads are sitting there. Loosen one constraint at a time and re-run the search to find out which filter is doing the damage. Work type and domicile The board only shows loads that match the work types your account is set up for and the domicile you operate out of. A busy domicile has more postings but also more carriers watching them; a quiet domicile can genuinely have long gaps between drops. If your searches keep coming back empty at the same times every day, the issue may be where and what you're searching, not how. You're checking between drops New freight posts through the day and night, and it posts in bursts rather than a steady stream. Most "no loads available" results simply mean you looked between drops. The drivers who book the freight are the ones with the board open when it lands — more on timing patterns below. You're searching the wrong slice of the board Amazon Relay runs in 14 regions, and posting behavior differs by region, domicile, and lane. A schedule or trick that works for a driver posting on a forum from another market may tell you nothing about your board. Treat other people's patterns as hypotheses to test, not facts about your lanes. Why the loads that do appear vanish in seconds The Relay board is first come, first served. When a load with a decent rate posts out of a busy domicile, owner-operators are refreshing on phones, dispatchers are watching several accounts at once, and a share of carriers are running booking software that reacts the moment the load appears. In 2026 that automation is a normal part of the board, not an edge case. Count what manual booking actually takes: the load appears, you read the payout and the stops, move the cursor, click Book, then confirm. A quick driver staring at the screen needs a few seconds — and that assumes you happened to refresh at the right moment. Automation skips most of those steps. As a concrete benchmark, the booking strategies in Relay Autobooker Cardamon react in about one second on the Regular setting, about 0.3 seconds on Fast, and about 0.1 seconds on Super Fast. Who's booking | Typical reaction time | Driver refreshing by hand | Several seconds — after they happen to refresh at the right moment | Driver with auto-refresh and alerts | A few seconds once the alert fires | Auto-booking, Regular strategy | About 1 second | Auto-booking, Fast strategy | About 300 ms | Auto-booking, Super Fast strategy | About 0.1 seconds | There is a second, quieter way to lose loads: your own refresh gap. Refresh by hand every 30 seconds and a posting can appear and get booked entirely inside that window. You never see it, so the board looks like nothing dropped. One useful corollary: the loads that sit on the board for ten minutes sit for a reason. The rate is weak, the stops are heavy, or the deadhead kills the math. If everything you see looks bad, that's evidence the good loads existed and were taken, not that they never posted. A filter-tuning checklist you can run today Before changing anything else, loosen the search. Work down this list, re-running the search after each change so you learn which constraint was hiding freight: - Stretch the pickup radius. A wider circle around your location surfaces loads a short deadhead away that a tight radius hides completely. - Allow more stops per trip. Multi-stop runs pay less per touch, but a stop limit of one or two can empty a board that has plenty of three-stop freight. - Recheck your equipment selections. An unticked trailer type silently removes every load that needs it. Make sure the selection matches what you actually run. - Lower the minimum payout — for now. Drop it while freight is thin so you can at least see what's moving, then raise it again when the board picks up. - Rethink stem time. Insisting on pickups you can reach in under an hour cuts deep on a slow day. If you use automation, check that a Stem Time filter set too tight isn't skipping reachable loads. - Take a repositioning run. A shorter, cheaper load that moves you into a busier market often beats waiting in a dead one. If you run Premium filters on top of your Relay search, the "Skipped:" chip tells you which rule blocked a load — for example "stops > 2" or "stem < 45m" — so you can see exactly which limit to loosen instead of guessing. Timing patterns worth knowing Drop times vary by region, domicile, and lane, and they shift from week to week. That is why a posting schedule someone swears by in a Facebook group may not match your board at all. The reliable approach is to measure your own board. Run an auto-refresher with audio alerts for a few days and note when the alerts cluster — those are your windows. Then cover them: watch the board yourself during those hours, or leave a machine watching for you. Loads also post overnight while you sleep, fuel, or drive, which is why many drivers leave a home desktop running with the Relay tab open around the clock. When it's a technical problem, not a market problem Sometimes the board isn't empty — your setup is broken. Rule these out before concluding there's no freight: - Expired session. Relay sessions time out. A tab that has silently logged you out can keep showing a stale, empty board. Reload the page and sign back in before anything else. - Relay changed its UI. Amazon updates the load board's layout from time to time, and an update can break any tool that reads the page. If loads are visibly on the board but your extension isn't reacting to them, update the extension first — the extension isn't finding any loads FAQ walks through the checks in order. - A browser update disabled things. Chrome updates can turn extensions off or reset settings. Check your extensions page after every browser update; the fixes are in the stopped working after a browser update FAQ. - The machine went to sleep. Overnight watching only works if the computer stays awake and connected. Set the power options so the device never sleeps and the internet connection is stable. The quick test for all of these: log out, close the browser, reopen it, sign in fresh, and run one deliberately wide search. If loads appear now, the problem was technical, not the market. Where automation honestly helps — and where it doesn't Everything above works with no software at all: loosen filters, learn your drop windows, keep the board open during them, and react fast. Automation changes two specific things — how long you can watch, and how fast you can click. Watching the board: the free tier is enough Nobody presses F5 attentively for six hours. The free Smart Refresher re-runs your Relay search at an interval you set — anywhere from 10 milliseconds up to 30 seconds, with 1–5 seconds as the recommended range — and fires an audio alert when something new lands, so you can fuel up or do paperwork instead of staring at a screen. It's free forever, with no subscription and no trial clock: install the extension , open the load board, and press Start. The disappearing-loads race: that's what Premium is for If your problem is specifically that you see good loads and lose them, seeing them faster only half-solves it. Premium auto-booking handles the clicks at the strategy speeds in the table above, applies Max Stops and Stem Time filters so it only chases loads you'd actually take, and keeps watching overnight as long as the browser stays open. It costs $49.99 a month or $499 a year , with a 7-day free trial, so you can run it on your own board before the first charge. If reacting in a few hundred milliseconds instead of a few seconds wins you one extra decent load a month, it has paid for itself — that math is yours to check on your own lanes. What automation won't do No tool catches every load — you are still racing other carriers and their software, and on some loads you'll lose. Automation doesn't create freight either: if your domicile is genuinely quiet, a bot watches an empty board just as patiently as you would. It also needs a desktop that stays awake; the extension runs in Chrome on Windows and macOS and on Android via Kiwi Browser, but not on iPhone or iPad, so a phone in the cab doesn't replace a computer at home. And if you're weighing whether running any booking tool is wise at all, read the honest answer in is it safe to use an autobooker with Amazon Relay before you decide. If you get to the point of comparing tools, the guide to choosing an Amazon Relay autobooker covers what to look for — booking speed, filters, and what happens when Relay's UI changes. How Amazon Relay Assistant rate negotiation works, where "Request higher payout" appears, plus five short message templates you can copy. Amazon Relay Assistant is Amazon's built-in negotiation chatbot. On some loads, Relay shows a "Request higher payout" option during booking; you open it, send a short message explaining why the rate should be higher, and Amazon either raises the payout or holds the posted rate. The catch: the load stays on the board while you wait, so another carrier can book it out from under you at the original price. This guide covers how the negotiation works, what to write, and how automation changes the timing. What Relay Assistant negotiation actually is Relay Assistant lives inside Amazon Relay itself. You do not need any third-party tool to use it. On certain loads, a chatbot button appears during the booking flow and opens a dialog where you can request a higher payout and attach a short justification. The option does not show up on every load. In practice, Amazon tends to surface the Assistant on: - special load opportunities where there is room to negotiate, - loads where Amazon is already willing to increase the payout, - moments when Amazon needs trucks and is open to rate requests. Amazon controls when the button appears. You cannot force a negotiation on a load that does not offer one, and you cannot predict which loads will. That asymmetry shapes everything else in this guide: when the Assistant does appear, you want to be ready in seconds, because the window may not come back. How a negotiation plays out, and where it goes wrong A typical exchange has three steps: - You open the Assistant dialog on a load and send your rate request message. - The Assistant replies. It can come back with a higher price than its first response, or it can hold the posted rate. - If the payout goes up and you accept, you book at the new rate. If it holds, you decide whether the load still makes sense at the original number. The risk sits in step 2. While you negotiate, the load stays visible to every other carrier on the board. Someone who books it at the posted rate takes the load, and your negotiation ends with nothing. On a board where good loads vanish fast , that waiting time is the real price of asking. Two practical consequences follow. First, write your message before the dialog opens, because live typing burns the seconds that decide who gets the load. Second, be ready to confirm the moment Amazon accepts. A won negotiation you confirm too slowly is the same as a lost one. Five rate request templates you can copy Keep every request short and specific. Name one real cost, name a number, and say you are ready to book. These templates are examples, not scripts with guaranteed outcomes; swap the bracketed figures for your own. 1. Deadhead-heavy lane When to use it: the pickup sits far from your truck, or the destination drops you in a dead market. This load requires [120] miles of deadhead to reach the pickup. Requesting [$150] more to cover the empty miles. Truck is ready and I can book now. 2. Short-notice pickup When to use it: pickup is a few hours out and the posted rate ignores the scramble. Pickup is in under [3] hours. I can cover it, but the short notice means repositioning at my own cost. Requesting [$100] above the posted rate to commit right away. 3. Multi-stop run When to use it: extra stops add dock time that a linehaul rate does not account for. This run has [4] stops, which adds several hours of dock time. Requesting [$120] more for the extra handling. Ready to confirm at that rate. 4. Market-rate mismatch When to use it: the posted rate sits below what the lane pays right now. The posted rate is below current pricing on this lane. Requesting [$2.40] per mile, [$180] more total, to match the market. Can book on acceptance. 5. Fuel spike When to use it: fuel jumped on this route and the rate has not caught up. Fuel cost on this route has gone up and the posted rate does not cover it. Requesting [$90] more to offset fuel. Ready to book once accepted. What to ask for: percentage, flat amount, and how big None of this guarantees acceptance. Amazon decides, and Amazon does not publish its rules. Some habits still make a request easier to say yes to: - Tie the ask to one cost, not five. A request built on a single concrete expense such as deadhead, dock time, or fuel reads as a business case. A list of grievances reads as noise, and long messages waste the seconds you are racing against. - Flat amounts are easy to evaluate. "Requesting $120 more" gives whoever reviews the request a single clear number. Per-mile figures make sense when the mismatch is per-mile in the first place, as in the market-rate template above. - A small, justified ask beats a big round one. If you would still run the load for $100 more, ask for $100, not $500. Every extra dollar widens the gap Amazon has to cross, and every minute of deliberation is a minute the load sits bookable for someone else. - Close with commitment. "Ready to book now" tells Amazon the load moves the moment they accept. An open-ended request invites an open-ended wait. - Know your walk-away number before you ask. Decide up front whether you will still take the load at the posted rate if the request fails. That keeps a declined negotiation from turning into a stalled truck. One more judgment call: if the posted rate is already close to workable, booking it beats negotiating it. A load won at the board rate pays more than a negotiation lost to a faster carrier. How automation changes the workflow (our Premium feature) Manual negotiation has a speed problem. By the time you notice the Assistant, open the dialog, and type an argument, the load has been sitting exposed on the board for a minute or more. Relay Autobooker Cardamon , our Chrome extension, includes a Premium feature called Relay Assistant auto-negotiation that removes the typing and the reaction lag from that sequence. You write your negotiation argument once, save it in the extension, and press Start. When the extension detects the Assistant during booking, it: - plays an audio alert so you know a negotiation opportunity appeared, - pauses auto-booking to avoid conflicts with the open dialog, - opens the chatbot and sends your saved message, - adds the original payout into the latest chat message, so the pre-negotiation number stays in front of you, - pastes your message into the input field again without sending it, in case you want to push a second time, - Adds the previous payout to the chat so you can compare the new offer. You book it yourself with one click on AUTO CONFIRM in the chat, or with Ctrl+Space . Step | Manual negotiation | With Relay Assistant auto-negotiation | Spotting the Assistant | You watch the screen | Detected for you, with an audio alert | Sending your argument | You type it live | Saved template sent when the dialog opens | Tracking the original payout | Memory or a screenshot | Added into the chat by the extension | Booking on acceptance | You click through confirmation | One click on AUTO CONFIRM in the chat, or Ctrl+Space | Two honest limits. The extension sends the message you wrote; it does not compose arguments or pick the amount, so a weak template stays weak at any speed. And nothing it does changes Amazon's side of the table: acceptance, decline, and timing stay Amazon's call, and another carrier can still book the load while the Assistant deliberates. The feature first shipped in version 9.6 , and the auto-negotiation FAQ covers setup step by step: check the "Relay Assistant" box, type your argument, click Start. It is part of Premium, which costs $49.99/month or $499/year with a 7-day free trial, so you can watch it handle a real negotiation on your own board before the first charge. Common questions Does requesting a higher payout lower my chances of getting the load? Amazon has not published how the Assistant weighs requests, so we will not pretend to know whether asking affects your standing. The cost we can point to is time: while you negotiate, the load stays bookable at the posted rate, and on busy lanes that window closes fast. Short messages, ready templates, and instant confirmation shrink that exposure; nothing removes it. Can I negotiate every load? No. The Assistant only appears on loads where Amazon offers it: special opportunities, loads where Amazon is willing to raise the payout, or times when it needs trucks. On every other load the posted rate is the rate, and the decision is book or skip. Does Relay Assistant work in every country? Relay Autobooker Cardamon runs in 14 Amazon Relay regions: US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, UK, France, Italy, Germany, Poland, Czechia, Spain, India, Japan, and Australia. Amazon decides where and when the Assistant chatbot itself appears, and we do not have per-country availability data to share. If the "Request higher payout" option shows on your board, the extension can detect it and send your saved argument. What should I do if Amazon declines? Decide against the number you set before asking. If the load still works at the posted rate, book it; the extension keeps the original payout visible in the chat so you are comparing against the real figure, not a remembered one. If it does not work, let it go and keep the board moving. To try the workflow yourself, install the extension , save an argument based on one of the templates above, and let it handle the next Assistant that appears. Source: https://www.cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker/guides/amazon-relay-assistant-guide --- # Relay Autobooker Cardamon: changes history (what's new) Full changelog: https://www.cardamon.org/blog - v12.18 (2026-10-03): Book Only the Loads That Pay Enough. A minimum payout and a minimum rate. Load filters has a new Payout view with two amounts: the least a load may pay in total, and the least it may pay per km or mile. Set 1500 and 2.3, and the booker takes only loads that pay at least 1500 and at least 2.3 per km. Amounts are in your board's currency, and the rate is the figure Relay prints under the payout. Leave a field empty to turn that rule off. The rules work everywhere the other filters do. Book only, Book & Confirm, Differential Mode and the Relay Assistant all skip a load that pays less. Its card says why: "Skipped: payout below €1500" or "Skipped: rate below €2.3/km". Saved with the filter set. Each lane keeps its own minimums. Switch the set and they switch with it, and they travel in the exported file. Choose which filters the Relay Assistant follows. Every group of rules now has an "Also apply to the Relay Assistant" switch: facilities, places, equipment, payout and Amazon facilities only. All are on, as before. Turn the payout switch off, and the assistant can open a chat on a load below your minimum so you can negotiate it up, while the booker still books only loads that reach it. Hide skipped loads has its own place. The switch moved from the Trip view to a new Options view, the last entry in Load filters, for what applies to the whole filter set. A badge shows when hiding is on. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-18) - v12.17 (2026-09-27): Sounds You Choose, and an Alarm That Keeps Ringing. An alarm for the runs you do not watch. One short sound is easy to sleep through. Turn on "Keep ringing until I stop it" for an event, and its sound plays in a loop, with a red bar at the top of the page, until you click anywhere on the Relay page or press any key. Chrome plays sound on a page after you have clicked on it, and pressing Start counts. If you reload the Relay page, click on it once. A sound when a load is booked, and another when it is not. The booker listens for Amazon's own answer to the booking. When Amazon accepts a booking the booker made, you hear a chime. When Amazon refuses it, or Book & Confirm could not send it, you hear two low tones: the booker has stopped and waits for you to press Start. Set either to keep ringing, and a booking at 3 a.m. wakes you. Bookings you make by hand stay quiet. A sound and a volume for each event. Sound settings, a new button in Settings, opens a window with six events: Load found, Booking starts, Load booked, Booking failed, New loads and Relay Assistant chat. Pick a sound for each one, or no sound, and set its volume with its own slider. Test plays what the event will do. Your own sounds, for any event. Open My sounds from the Sounds window and add MP3, WAV, OGG or M4A files, up to 2 minutes and 3 MB each. A sound keeps its file name and appears in every event's list. Delete one, and the events that used it go back to their built-in sound. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-17) - v12.16 (2026-09-25): The Relay Assistant Skips the Loads Your Filters Exclude. Excluded loads no longer hold the Relay Assistant. When the next load the assistant would open was one your filters exclude, the booker left the button alone, and the loads waiting behind it never got their turn until you opened and closed that load's chat by hand. The booker now marks such loads as already handled for the assistant, the way Relay marks a load whose chat you closed, and the assistant moves on to the next load that passes your filters. Loads you opened yourself count too. A load whose chat you opened before pressing Start is no longer offered to the booker again. The card says what the assistant will not offer again. When you end a chat, the Relay Assistant does not offer that load again until you refresh the page. The load's card now carries an "Assistant: chat ended" chip, so you know. A load the booker asked the assistant to skip carries "Assistant: skipped by filters". Hover a chip for the details; both chips go when the load's rate rises, because the assistant offers it again then. Widen your filters and the loads they no longer exclude are offered again at once. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-16) - v12.15 (2026-09-20): AUTO CONFIRM Books What You See, and Nothing Holds Your Buttons. AUTO CONFIRM books the load at the price Amazon gives at that moment. You see the load and its price and you press the button. The booker used to compare Amazon's booking with its own earlier copy of the load and showed "Failed" when the price or the load's version differed. It now checks one thing, that the booking is for the load you pressed on. The same goes for Book only, where you press Confirm yourself. No more waiting after a failed attempt. A refused AUTO CONFIRM kept the button and Start locked for 30 seconds. After any attempt, booking by hand was refused for a few seconds, and the same load for two minutes. All three are gone: press again, or book by hand, right away. AUTO CONFIRM starts on any load you open. It no longer answers "refresh the board first" when its own list is a step behind your screen. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-15) - v12.14 (2026-09-20): AUTO CONFIRM in the Relay Assistant Chat Books What the Chat Shows. AUTO CONFIRM in the Relay Assistant chat no longer fails on a changed offer. When the assistant changed the rate or re-issued the load during the chat, AUTO CONFIRM compared Amazon's booking with the copy of the load it had noted earlier, found a difference and showed "Failed". You read the offer in the chat and you press the button, so the booker now books what the chat sends, at the rate the chat shows. The load is still checked. A booking for any load other than the one the chat is about is refused as before. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-14) - v12.13 (2026-09-18): AUTO CONFIRM Follows the Relay Assistant's New Offer. AUTO CONFIRM in the Relay Assistant chat books the offer you see. Each rate request the assistant accepts gives the load a new price, and the chat shows the latest one. AUTO CONFIRM used to stay on the first offer, so Amazon refused the booking and the message said "Load was not booked". It now follows the latest offer in the chat. A lower offer is still refused. If the price in the chat ever drops below the one you started from, AUTO CONFIRM stops instead of booking it, the same protection the side panel has. (Superseded in 12.15 : AUTO CONFIRM now books at the price the chat shows and only checks that it is the same load.) (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-13) - v12.12 (2026-09-17): Booked Loads Show as Booked. Super Fast bookings show Booked again. Amazon accepts some bookings without a written answer. The booker took that for an unknown result, showed "Failed · Check the load board" and stopped, while the load was already in Trips. It now reads the answer the way the Relay page does and shows the green Booked message with the load. Booking strategies explained where you choose them. Booking Strategy in Settings now opens its own window. Each option lists the steps it takes and the ones it skips, how long it takes, what you see after the booking and when to use it: Regular takes about a second, Fast about a third of a second, Super Fast about a tenth. Click one to choose it. Booking messages stay on screen until you close them. The booker often works while you are away. When the alert brings you back, the Booked or Failed message with the load is still there; click it to close. Several messages stack, newest on top. A booked load's message says "Load booked", with the trip's id when Amazon names it. The board and the panel say Booked too. The booked load's card gets a green Booked chip until Amazon's next list drops it, and the panel's Book button, or AUTO CONFIRM standing in for it, turns into a disabled "Booked". With Super Fast, Amazon draws no screen of its own, so these are your confirmation on the page. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-12) - v12.11 (2026-09-17): Skip Loads by Facility and by Equipment. Book only from the facilities you want, or never from the ones you don't. Open Load filters from the funnel button on the quick panel or in Settings. Add facility codes such as DEL5 to "Only these facilities" or "Never these facilities" and choose for each code whether the origin, the destination or any stop counts. Never wins over Only. The funnel button shows how many rules are on. The same for places. In the Locations view, start typing a city and pick it from Amazon's own list, or pick a state or country from the list for your board. Each place has the stop that has to match: origin, destination or any stop. Skipped loads stay on the board with a chip that says why. Skip the equipment you never run. The Equipment view opens your board's own list of trailer and truck types; add the ones to skip. Relay's Detached trailer filter also returns box detached loads, for example, and one entry keeps the booker off them. Loads with that equipment stay on the board with a chip. Trip rules in one place. The Trip view of Load filters holds Max Stops and Stem Time, the same controls as in Settings, so every filter that decides a load is under one roof. Max Stops runs from 2 to 10+, and Stem Time from Off and 15 minutes up to 48 hours. AUTO CONFIRM is back in the Relay Assistant window. The chat's own Book button gets the AUTO CONFIRM button again, with the same checks as in the side panel, and the booker pins the booking to the load the assistant is about. Load filters reach the Relay Assistant. The assistant opens loads in order, and the booker knows which load is next. When your filters reject that load, the booker leaves the assistant alone, keeps booking, and a short notice above the Relay Assistant button says why. If the assistant still opens a skipped load, the booker sends no request and closes the chat when it can. Hide skipped loads. A switch in the Trip view takes every load the booker skips off the board, for any reason: your lists, equipment, the Amazon-only switch, Max Stops and Stem Time. Turn it off to see the chips again and read why the booker skipped each load. Amazon facilities only. One switch in the Trip view skips loads with a customer or vendor stop. Relay prints a short site code such as DEL5 on an Amazon facility; a stop with no code, or with a longer name, is a customer or vendor site. The booker skips that load and its chip says so. Free plan included. Without Pro, one filter set and the first rule of each list run; the other rules wait with a Pro tag. Pro runs them all and adds the trip rules, import and export. Keep several filter sets and switch between them. A set holds everything: facility and place lists, equipment types, the Amazon-only switch, Max Stops and Stem Time. It shows when it was created and last changed, and keeps a log of what changed. Export a set to a file and import it on another computer. Tick entries and delete them together. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-11) - v12.9 (2026-09-11): Book + Confirm Works with Fast Confirm On. Book + Confirm no longer skips loads when Fast Confirm is on. Fast Confirm replaces the Book buttons with AUTO CONFIRM buttons. When automatic Book + Confirm finds a load, the booker now presses Amazon's own Book button for the attempt and puts AUTO CONFIRM back when it is done, so it books the load instead of skipping it. Booking messages say only what matters. After an attempt the message reads "Load booked", or it gives Amazon's own reason when a load was not booked. The message carries nothing else, so you can read the result at a glance and get back to the board. A load the booker could not open stays bookable by hand. When the booker cannot open a load, the load stays on the board with its Book button. Click Book on it right away to book it yourself. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-9) - v12.7 (2026-08-31): Keep Booking Without Reloading. Press Start again after a booking. When a booking succeeded or returned an error, the booker used to need a page reload before the next run. Now you press Start again and it keeps booking, with no reload of the page. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-7) - v12.6 (2026-08-28): Stop on New and Stop on Payout Change Survive a Reload. Stop on new and Stop on payout change survive a page reload and a tab switch. The two switches keep their state when the page reloads or you move to another tab. Press Start when you are ready; the first refresh sets the starting point that the booker measures new loads and payout changes against. Pick your own Auto Confirm shortcut. Ctrl+Space belongs to the system on some Windows setups, so the page never gets it. Click "Set shortcut" next to Fast Confirm in Settings and press any combination you like; the booker uses it from then on. Reset brings Ctrl+Space back. Run controls follow the tab. On Load Board Home or a search without filters, Start, Stop on new and Stop on payout change are greyed out; they come back on a tab with results. A running booker stops as soon as you switch tabs, so it never works on a board you are not looking at. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-6) - v12.5 (2026-08-26): Windows Quick Booking and Floating Support. Ctrl+Space Quick Booking works on Windows again. With Fast Confirm on, press Ctrl+Space anywhere on the page to trigger the topmost orange AUTO CONFIRM button. The shortcut had stopped working on Windows; it works there again. Support no longer blocks the load board. The Support panel floats over the page. On desktop, move it or resize it to wherever it stays out of the way of the loads; the booker remembers its layout and opens it in the same place next time. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-5) - v12.2 (2026-08-26): Settings That Stick and a Steadier Board. Your switches stay where you put them. Stop on payout change, Relay Assistant, Fast Confirm and the other Pro settings no longer turn off on their own. Set them once and they stay set until you change them. Stop keeps your results on screen. Press Stop and the load board stays loaded, with the loads it showed still in front of you, so you can read them or book one by hand. The load board opens with results right away. Open the load board and the loads are there; you no longer need to press Start first to see them. Start is for running the booker, and reading the board no longer depends on it. AUTO CONFIRM appears on every load. The orange AUTO CONFIRM button now shows on every load in the list, including the first one and a load you reopen in the details panel. Before this fix it could be missing on those loads. Menus no longer interrupt the booker. Pick a sort or filter option, or open a menu on a phone, and Stop on new and Stop on payout change stay on. The booker keeps watching the board while you use Relay's own menus. One refresh at a time. While the booker runs it turns off Relay's own auto-refresh switch, so your refresh delay is the only timer on the board. With one timer, the page refreshes at the pace you set and no faster. A warning at 500 ms or faster. Pick a refresh delay of 500 ms or less and the Delay caption turns red. Amazon throttles at those speeds. A delay of 2 to 3 seconds is the recommended balance between speed and stability. The payout value you type stays put. On a phone, the keyboard or the address bar can resize the page while you type. The payout value you typed stays in the field when that happens, so you do not type it twice. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-2) - v12.1 (2026-08-25): Built-in Support and a Smoother Load Board. Get help from inside the booker. Open Support from the life-buoy button or from Settings, type your message and send it. The conversation stays in the panel, so you can read the answer and reply without leaving the load board. Know when support answers. A red dot appears on the Support button when you have a new reply, so you can keep working on the board and open the panel only when there is something to read. See load changes after every refresh. The new-load, payout-change and skipped-load labels stay attached to their loads when Amazon redraws the list. A refresh no longer wipes them, so you can still tell which loads are new, which changed payout and which the booker skipped. Quicker settings. Payout Change and Relay Assistant changes apply as soon as you make them; there is no separate Save button to press. Payout Change now starts at 20, so the booker reacts to a payout increase of 20 or more until you set your own number. Recover more smoothly from Relay errors. Slow down on errors is now on by default. When Amazon returns errors, the booker doubles the wait between refreshes, up to 30 seconds, and goes back to your normal delay once requests succeed. If you already turned it off, the booker keeps your choice. See the right prices in every market. Currency symbols and regional price fields now display the same way on every Relay board, so the payout you see in the booker matches the one Amazon shows. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v12-1) - v11.14 (2026-07-01): Latest Load Board Support and Bug Fixes. Works with Amazon's latest Relay load board. Amazon changed the load board interface, including in the European markets. This update keeps booking, refreshing and confirming working on the new layout, so the booker follows Amazon's changes. AUTO CONFIRM button fix. The orange AUTO CONFIRM button now shows up and works across all supported marketplaces. If it was missing from your board or did nothing when pressed, this release brings it back. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v11-14) - v11.12 (2026-05-26): Stability & Safety Polish + Toggle Lock Indicators. Toggle lock indicators: the "Stop on New Loads" and "Stop on Payout Change" toggles now show a small lock while the booker is running, so you can see at a glance which settings are frozen until you stop. Reliability & safety fixes under the hood for steadier long booking sessions. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v11-12) - v11.11 (2026-05-20): Skip-Reason Chips & Smart Error Throttling. "Skipped: …" chips on flagged loads: when Amazon flags a load that doesn't match your filters, a muted chip names the rule that blocked it (for example "stops > 2", "stem < 45m", or "payout < 20"). Works in regular mode too. "Slow down on errors" toggle in Refresh Settings: doubles the wait between refreshes when Amazon returns rate-limit errors (capped at 30s), then snaps back to your normal speed once requests succeed. Off by default. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v11-11) - v11.10 (2026-05-18): Relay Assistant Fix. Amazon's recent load board UI changes broke Relay Assistant. It's fixed and working again. Auto-negotiation re-opens the "Request higher payout" dialog and sends your rate request on the updated load board. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v11-10) - v11.9 (2026-05-13): Stem Time Filter & "What Changed?" Chips. Stem Time filter: set a minimum lead time (in minutes) before pickup and the booker ignores loads that start too soon to reach. Off by default; sits right next to Max Stops. "What changed?" chips on every flagged load: green for payout increases, a red-tinted chip for decreases, and a sparkle for brand-new loads. Colors mirror Amazon's own highlight so the chips look native. "Skipped by you" chip: press Start again without booking a flagged load and a muted tag shows what you've already passed on. Resets when you change filters or reload. Sharper diff detection: a longer-memory cache with a 5-minute freshness window means the bot stops on real payout bumps even after a Start/Stop cycle, and won't fire on stale ones. Cleaner card highlighting: the red border and sky-blue background now wrap the whole card (a thin 2px outline with square corners). The old brick-red "+X" label is gone. The chip replaces it. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v11-9) - v11.7 (2026-05-12): Booking Strategies & Ctrl+Space Fast Confirm. Three booking strategies inside Auto Booking: Regular (~1000 ms, most stable), Fast (~300 ms, ≈3× faster), and Super Fast (~100–150 ms, ≈7–10× faster). With Fast Confirm enabled, press Ctrl+Space anywhere on the page to trigger the topmost orange AUTO CONFIRM button without touching the mouse. Booking Strategies and Fast Confirm are Premium features. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v11-7) - v11.6 (2026-05-11): Cleaner 2-Column Settings Dialog. Wider settings modal with a 2-column grid: every option visible at a glance, no more vertical scrolling. Booking Strategy folded into Auto Booking so related controls live together. (https://www.cardamon.org/blog/v11-6) - v11.5 (2026-05-10): Visual Booking Feedback. Top-center toast notification the moment a booking succeeds or fails. The browser tab title flashes with the booked load's payout, easy to spot from another window. Refined modal section spacing for a tighter, more readable layout. Click the icon or press Alt+Shift+S and the tab is audited immediately. ## At a glance - Platform: Google Chrome 114 or later, side panel (Manifest V3). Category: Developer Tools. - Current extension version: 1.6.8. - Publisher: Cardamon Inc. Support: support@cardamon.org - Product page: https://www.cardamon.org/products/seo-meta-social-preview - Support: https://www.cardamon.org/products/seo-meta-social-preview/support-seo-meta-social-preview - Privacy policy: https://www.cardamon.org/products/seo-meta-social-preview/privacy-policy-seo-meta-social-preview ## What it checks (Audit tab) - Title and meta description with character and pixel gauges and ideal zones. - Canonical: missing, self-referencing, pointing to a different URL, or conflicting duplicates. - Meta robots, with a loud warning when the page is set to noindex by mistake. - H1s and heading outline, lang, viewport, charset, favicon. - Open Graph and Twitter/X card tags, with the real fallback logic explained. - JSON-LD structured-data types at a glance. - Each check gets a pass, warn or fail chip and a one-sentence fix. The score is out of 100: a pass scores full, a warning half, a failure nothing; informational rows are not scored. ## Suggestions tab Every failing or warning check is ranked by the score points recovered by fixing it, with a plain-English how-to, the current and target numbers, and, where the fix is a tag, a copy-ready snippet prefilled from the page. Free shows the top 3 fixes and one nice-to-have; Pro shows the full list. ## Previews tab Platform-accurate link previews for Google (desktop result with real favicon and breadcrumb), X (summary or summary_large_image as declared, falling back to Open Graph like X does), Facebook (feed card) and LinkedIn (share preview), all four in one scroll, light and dark, with chips showing which tag feeds each slot. ## Robots & AI tab One explicit click fetches the audited site's robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt and reports whether GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, CCBot and other AI crawlers are allowed, limited or blocked for the page's path. The three requests go to the audited site only, and only when the user presses the button. ## Reports Copy the whole audit as Markdown (C) or download a self-contained HTML report (E) that opens with nothing installed; both start with the top improvements ranked by score points (top 3 free, every ranked fix with Pro). ## Keyboard shortcuts Alt+Shift+S audit the current tab; R re-audit; C copy Markdown; E download HTML; 1-5 switch to Audit, Suggestions, Previews, Robots & AI, History; 6 or B Batch. ## Free vs Pro - Free, forever: full audit, Suggestions with the top 3 fixes and one nice-to-have, all four previews, AI-crawler check, audit history with the Changes card (score before and after, first 3 changes, latest audit), Markdown and HTML export. - Pro (optional; current prices are shown in the extension's Pro dialog): the full Suggestions list, full audit history with every change and compare any two audits, batch audit of a pasted URL list or the site's sitemap with one combined report, and white-label reports (your name, logo and notes; MetaScout footer switched off). One license key works on up to 3 browsers; there is no account and the key is emailed after purchase. ## Permissions and privacy - sidePanel: the interface lives in Chrome's side panel. - activeTab + scripting: read the page only after the user clicks the icon or presses the shortcut on that tab; no background content scripts. - storage: theme, settings and audit history on the device, plus a random install identifier for license seat counting. - Optional all-sites access, asked once on the first click: enables auto-audit when switching tabs; can be changed in Settings. - Page content, URLs and audit results never leave the browser. No analytics, no tracking. The only server contacted is cardamon.org, for current Pro prices, license activation and re-check, and support messages the user chooses to send. ## Frequently asked questions ### How do I check the meta tags of a page in Chrome? Install MetaScout, open the page and click the MetaScout icon or press Alt+Shift+S. The side panel audits the tab immediately and lists every SEO and social tag with a pass, warn or fail chip and a one-sentence fix. Press R to re-audit after changing a tag. ### Is MetaScout free? Yes. The full audit, top 3 ranked fixes, all four previews, the AI-crawler check and Markdown/HTML export are free with no account, no trial clock and no tracking. Pro is an optional upgrade; free features stay free. ### Is MetaScout an Open Graph preview checker? Yes. It reads og:title, og:description, og:image and og:url and renders the Facebook and LinkedIn cards as declared, with chips showing which tag feeds each slot and which fallback applied. ### Can I preview a Twitter card (X card)? Yes. The X card is rendered as summary or summary_large_image from the twitter:* tags, falling back to Open Graph when X's own tags are missing, alongside the Google, Facebook and LinkedIn previews. ### How do I know if my page is noindex? Run MetaScout on the page: the Audit tab shows a fail chip when meta robots contains noindex (and a warning for nofollow). The Robots & AI tab separately reads robots.txt and reports which AI crawlers are blocked from the page's path. ### Can GPTBot, ClaudeBot or PerplexityBot read my site? One click in the Robots & AI tab shows whether GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, CCBot and other AI crawlers are allowed, limited or blocked, evaluated from the site's robots.txt for the page's path. ### Can I export an SEO report for a client? Yes, free: copy the audit as Markdown (C) or download a self-contained HTML report (E), both starting with the top 3 improvements. Pro lists every ranked fix, adds white-label branding and one combined report for a batch of URLs. ### Does MetaScout upload my pages? No. The audit runs inside the extension; page content, URLs and results never leave the browser. The only server contacted is cardamon.org, for the optional Pro license and support.
